My son and I getting quick bite to eat after school.... No one to help us so did the kiosk ordering to get my name yelled for... the order. Worst service ever today. I placed an online order because I don't like drive thru. When I went inside I had 4 workers look at... me and no one acknowledged that I was even there. Once someone finally did say how may I help you and it was very brief and notthat friendly. I placed my order at 9:15 and did not have my food till around 10:00. My food was cold, AND MY ORDER WAS WRONGAND COLD. Washing and St Clair are both less than 10 minutes away. If I am going to have to wait that long I may as well go tothem. It is just sad since this used to be the better Taco Bell in the area. Read more
Floor in the indoor dining area was so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor. Shoes both broke trying to pull them off the... floor. Staff couldn't have cared less when I told them and watched as I walked back to my car shoeless. Read more

Another day another trial and error I've been going to this one for a while now and every time I order no beef and swap it most... the time its wrong and so today I tried just to get a potato taco but where's my lettuce? Also got 7 layer fries awful lookingand messy. Also 7 layer fries where in small bowl like nacho supreme then in a bigger bowl like the nacho bellgrande bowlbecause of the mess they did that then slap a lid on it. Read more
