Been coming in for a few times and its always a waste of time trying to get an order. Recently I tried to order by phone but was... told that I must come in or log in to the store.Coming in as indicated is just a complete waste of time so I decided to log inbut after several tries their system would not let me.They also indicate that if you give them your phone number they will giveyou rewards/discounts however they don't tell you that these discounts only apply when you come in to the store. Hands down the worst cold stone! The staff Members are so rude no one ever says hello or thank you for coming you pay a fortune... for the ice cream then have to asked them to fill the cups. Beautiful location unprofessional and inexperience workers! I wasjust in the store and there was a tall light skin lady with reddish/ pink hair and tattoos. Only she in I were at the store sheliterally walked to the back in while seeing me stand at the glass she never greeted me or even acknowledged me standing there.She came back and said yea? I said yes I would like to order she said what you want? I couldn?t even control myself I asked ifshe was okay because she seemed aggressive she said again what do you want! I can?t tell you how the ice cream was this time because I didn?t get a chance to make an order. Longest wait ever and the kids... working there move extremely slow? it?s as if they want you to leave. I foolishly waited for about 15 mins. Once I was close tomaking an order 2 guys (one didn?t even have a uniform on and wore a MPTCS shirt) dipped off to the back leaving a young girland another female worker (that was clearly handling online orders) on their own. 4 people behind the counter working at a snails pace laughing and joking around. I?ve been on line for 40 minutes and counting... still haven?t had my order taken. Nyla was the only employee I seen there this Saturday. The store was crowded and very busy but she kept a cool head, was... pleasant, and took care of each customer professionally. Kudos to her!! Ice cream was delicious as always! ???? The only reasonI gave four stars is because management should be looking to hire more individuals for this location. Workers are short staffed and over worked which leads to everyone being visibly tired and hating their job. Not their faults at... all and despite this, they still take your order and try to get you out as fast as they can. It's always busy because of thelocation. Hire some more staff. The place is filthy and behind the counter is even worse. So busy that they can't take a fewseconds to at least wipe their counters down. Everything is pricey for the serving size that you get & the ice cream taste likeanywhere else. On top of that, everything is already melting when they serve it to you. Go to carvel instead.
