It's become my go to Deli for sure! Went a few years ago and was a little disappointed but Bill and team have something... flavorful for sure. I've been trying a few sandwiches and my favorites so far are the pork cutlet, the incredibly deliciousturkey meatball parm w vodka sauce..(OMG) so good ! Just tried The Italian..simple, fresh and delicious !!! Can't wait to trymore.. Highly recommend this spot in Union NJ. Read more
Everything is homemade. The chicken cutlets are some of the best I've ever had. Also love the veggie burgers, garlic shrimp... and broccoli rabe for a quick lunch. Amazing salads and the best balsamic glaze I've ever had. Make sure to order from herewhen you need 3' and 6' foot subs! Read more
Die. Hard. Fan. If you?re a local, you know about Constantinos, they serve amazing sandwiches on fresh rolls and salads to die... for! (Avocado Napoli Salad with Extra fried avocado please ????) Lunch time is a MUST for this place, it?s usually busy so tryto order ahead of time, but don?t skip on their meatballs and eggplant parmigiana ???? alsoooo their GELATO is UNSURPASSED! Iswear I?ve never gotten such a pack of flavor out of one bite of their rainbow cookie gelato then any local creamy. I introducedthem to my coworkers and just left there with 4 jars? I don?t know if it was a ?today? thing but I?ve had Constantinos on and off every couple months. I ordered what I usually have... ordered the kale salad and eggplant parm that I?ve enjoyed in the past and today I was really disappointed. The salad dressingwas extremely oily and separated which I?ve never seen before, the kale was bitter which although is normal for most places thatwasn?t ever the case from here, I couldn?t finish the salad I thought the dressing was old I felt sick after eating it. Theeggplant was okay but it also didn?t have as much sauce as prior times or flavor, I remember getting chunks of garlic that waswell cooked so it didn?t taste strong but not this time. Don?t know if they?ve changed recipes for either dishes but jeez not atall what I was expecting especially for their expensive price. Best of luck to you guys. Read more
