Service was a little slow, but overall everything was good.
I don't live in the area but when I have a Dr's appointment I will stop by for coffee.The entrance and parking lot are well... maintained with no sign of debris. Nice staff, clean store and line moves fast. My only real complaint is that if you go during off peak times, the donuts are... sometimes stale. They also make custom number donuts here like 7 for your 7 year-olds birthday! Just ask for the manager in themorning! Read more
This is probably the most disorganized Dunkin? nearby. Working here was terrible; the manager argued with costumers, nobody did... their job right, and it was always so messy. There?s a lot of people in training here so do expect to get your order made wrongat some point. If you?re going to Dunkin? go to the big one or the baby one on the boulevard down the street. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had at a dunkin. There was no line and i had to wait 15 minutes for a... singular coffee, which they made WRONG. They were out of all flavors but blueberry and plain. One star. Read more

Around 10 a.m. I visited. Superb customer service from a male cashier. I asked him for a coconut flavored coffee for my wife... where he informed me they did not have yet suggested a coconut swirl additive as an alternative which was a great suggestion andI also asked which was his favorite drink and he explained a cold caramel whipped cream drink and I asked for as well. He wascheerful, polite, and professional in every which way. When I tasted my drink I was satisfied and my wife found a new favoritebeverage. I give allot of thanks towards that customer service rep. This Dunkin was terrible! They didn't have much, the person at the counter wasn't pleasant or hospitable at all! Also,... although my daughter asked and was charged for espresso shots in both coffee's (because there was no lattes or frozen coffee) ,she never put in in there. The worst! Read more
