I use to order a lot at this place but lately it?s not it,uncooked chicken and overcook rice.

I love Peruvian food, so I decided to give El Gordo a try. I ordered through Uber Eats. Their arroz chaufa is just... disappointing. The price is a bit high but I don't mind it, I just wanted something good. Definitely don't recommend theirchaufa. Read more

Not good, firstly, service is rude and unprofessional, they assume you already know what you want the second you walk through... the door and don?t need a menu and just rush you. Secondly, the food was mediocre, they added 6 more dollars to whatever theprice is on the menu, using inflation as the excuse. That?s illegal, what you have advertised is what the price should be notwhat you make up. What?s funny is they raised the price by almost 35% for each item, quality of food is worse, and I took 3bites and literally felt like something was off with the taste, and the meat was undercooked and chewy. Everything was sooooo good!!! We had the chaufa especial with a whole chicken, plus the ceviche.... everything was amazing!!!
