Brand new establishment, you'd figured that the staff is fully trained and knowledgeable of their products, unfortunately Not... the case. Beautiful restaurant with lots of seating including outdoor seating, plenty of staff but it seems as they are all toobusy doing who knows what. This is my 3rd visit and all three times I've had to wait at least 3 minutes to be attended,Management is always around but Not once have they acknowledged us and needless to say Greeted us. The drive up I can't say hasever been busy and the restaurant is same, meanwhile you have the facing establishment busy as can be, one may even concludethat they are having some kind of Big sale as it's Always one car after another hence, there is obviously something Wrong here. Never thought my first impressions of panera would be good like I always heard it being overpriced but honestly I didnt find it... over price and my all time favorite dish here is broccoli cheddar soup (: dipping chips in it tasted too good. I must say, I was a bit shocked at the delivery service they use, Door Dash. They have continued to let me down in all aspects... of delivery service! I am leaving 5 stars because of the Management at this location. I had a problem waiting for my food solong and the Manager stepped in and made it right. No questions asked or attitude. I will recommend this location to anyone inthe Union / Hillside area. I will absolutely keep buying their food. BTW, I had the 2 Flat Breads, and 2 Salad combo. The GreekSalad is AMAZING!! Read more
My Wife and I come to Panera bread 2-3 times a week and lately their chef hasn?t been on their A Game. My grilled cheese... sandwich had almost 1.5-2 pounds of cheese and there wasn?t anything creamy about the soup. Also the raspberry tea I paid 3.19for tasted like flavored water. Paid extra for Madagascar vanilla syrup in my coffee but young lady at counter had a nasty attitude when I asked her to add the... syrup I paid extra for. Secondly I paid for sausage, egg and cheese on brioche but by the time I left and was half way eatingthe sandwich I realized there was no sausage included (see picture attached)???????????????????????????. Your store is very beautiful, but I have to say, although no one was rude or had an attitude, it would be nice to have someone... take your order as oppose to being told use the kiosk. I ended up spending more money than I had anticipated . More staff isneed in the morning, no one greeted me and I waited for a few minutes before I interrupted someone who had not started her shiftyet. Again, the store is clean and the displays are lovely and enticing. More staff is needed. Thank you! Read more
