I ran in at the end of the night just as my shift started. I wasn?t too hungry but needed to eat, the young man at the counter... suggested a mini-bowl. Perfect size and super delicious. Oh of course I got those taco chips and cheese sauce too. Yummm Read more

Disgusting, dark and smelly inside like dank water, then the workers hardly talked to customers, described better as grunting!!... The workers treated customers very briefly and impatiently like they were miserable working there. The food was not tasteful,had to add my spicy queso from chips to my meal, a child portion. We just left this location approximately 1hr ago. This is the 2nd time the food was horrible. The Queasdea looked like Taco... Bells for $17. The Pinto beans were hard and the brown rice was 2 teaspoon. The older gentleman working behind the counter wasvery displeased with the new employee. Never again!!! Read more

I?m a vegetarian and qdoba has been my favorite to go place since last 5 years from the time I?ve moved to the US. I think it... was my last order here today as I?ve had poor experiences three times in a row. Let me cover the last two recent order mess ups- 1. I ordered a veggie bowl from DoorDash 1.5 months ago and requested a taco shell on the side on call. I received my orderwithout any taco shell and 3-4 toppings were missing too. Instead they added pickled onions for which I never asked. Thequantity was also less. Overall the taste, quantity and items were not at all as expected. I called them to complain and a nicegentleman at the store promised a free meal on my next order. 2. Today I placed an order again through DoorDash and called thestore to give that free meal. It was denied by the store manager saying that they can not compensate me with a free meal butshe will make sure that todays order is upto the mark. I ordered two veggie bowls and requested for taco shells on the side andshe sent that as I adored for. But to my surprise, the quantity in each bowl was just 40% the size of the container (picsattached). More than half of the bowl was empty and rice and beans were almost negligible. The taste was no doubt good overallbut it felt that they?ve intentionally reduced the quantity so much. I could literally dip my first finger in the bowl withoutbeing able to touch the food ??????????? It was so disappointing that I didn?t even call the store to complain because theywere never prompt/willing to handle any issues before, so I?ve decided it?s better not to order from them again ???? I tried this place once for lunch and I thought it was good and after ordering it again a 2nd time for lunch with friends, and... my original suspicion was correct. It appears they use fresh products because most of the vegetables taste fresh. My biggestconcern when eating out is, am getting fresh vegetables. This is one of the better Mexican restaurants to eat at so give thisplace a try and you won't be disappointed. $$ Read more
