This location really needs a change in staffing. Stopped coming on the mornings because it was over 40mins wait. But then I just... decided to stop by now (Sunday 3:30pm) and I literally waited again 40 mins. While at the window I saw over 5 employees and nonexisting walk- ins so it's not like they are short staffed, just not caring to do their job. And what I ordered was so bad done,that I am not even going to complain about that. They just need a better management or clear house. Read more

Horrendous drive through sept up and service. Takes absolutely forever. I?ve made the mistake of coming here twice through the... drive through, trying to simply pick up my mobile order. I?ve waited at least 10+ minutes each time just to get to the speakerto say my name for pick up. I had time to sign into google and write this review while waiting. The area around here is packedbecause of Kean University and a large apartment complex. The parking lot is awful to navigate also. I would recommend againstthe drive through if you don?t want to be late to anywhere you may be going. Read more
If they had 1/4 starts id give them a third of that. Laziest slowest people I've ever seen in a Starbucks. Not the usual... Starbucks where employees are upbeat enthusiastic and ready to help and serve. They need new management ASAP. Enough said !!!! Read more
I love this Starbucks because it?s close to work. But they move very slow. It wasn?t always like this but I sat in the drive... through from 8:45-9:05 so 20 minutes and that?s with me ordering ahead. The staff is always pleasant but the wait time is crazy. Read more
Well my order was incorrect instead of white hot chocolate with whip cream I was given white mocha iced coffee with whip cream.... That turned out to be a secret blessing because I used a free giftcard and they were out of small cups so I had a medium sizefor no extra charge. The accidental replacement was delicious. I also ordered the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, my first plantbased impossible meat and I must say I was impressed. Great replacement to standard meat. It was served hot and the bread usedwas of very good quality. The employees worked the front counter and drive through pretty effectively and the wait was not long.Thanks for the upgrade. ???? Horrible experience. Tonight I went in Starbucks for a coffee and cheese danish. Firstly there was 8 workers behind the register... NONE of them greeted me I literally had to ask ?is anyone working the register? . Secondly I waited 20 minutes for an order thatshould?ve taken 5. I waited around for my cheese danish only to find out that it was never put in the oven. I never complainbecause I know workers deal with enough but to pay nearly $20 for an order and to be treated horrible is crazy. Do better! Read more
