I wouldn?t even get this Taco Bell a 1 in service. Today I was in the drive through. 4 people I?m front off me so I was unable... to get out on the line. When trying to order the person on inter-come said they were busy and asked me to come inside and order.I said how can I get out of line to do so when I had for cars in front of me. He said either way you would have to wait. Whichmakes no sense if I?m already waiting in the line. Clearly frustrated I said why not shut down the drive through if they werebusy and not taking orders. He said ?why don?t you just go home and cook.? IF YOU GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT FROM THIS TACO BELL, PLEASE PLAY THE LOTTERY! Every single time i would go here, the order is... wrong. I order cheese quesadilla, they give me chicken. I order with extra sauce, they give no sauce. Its clear management doestrain these workers correctly. I got back to this place after long time and I had better experience. So, I decided to change my rate. However, I noticed good... customer service compared to my first visit when ?some employees walked around and didn?t approach the front desk, 45? passed onand I decided to leave?. I hope the improvement continues, this is a local Taco Bell and I wish them the best. Read more

First time here. The place looked new. The place was clean and neat. It has some industrial touch in decorations. Different... from other Taco bells. I love that each Taco Bell has it's own way of looks, all look different and nice They have digitalorder monitors. My orders didn't get messed up. Everything was delicious and great. I ordered vegan burrito from this place , which they have it on their menu. I can't eat beef because of my religion but I ended... up taking few bites out of that without realizing it . Uber refunded me for a product but when I called a store to inform themdirectly I was told just get a refund from Uber . My point of calling you guys wasn't only about refund , have a decency atleast to say apologies for not even following or knowing your own menu.
