Great customer service friendly staff order was right and cooked well quick service..
They took out the taco bell which was a good thing because the food was horrible. I went by last night and had a long wait in... line with only 3 cars in the drive thru. I ordered an 8 piece meal and a chicken strip meal. I pulled around because they toldme I had to wait for new fries. I waited an additional 12 minutes for fries. When I got home I realized I had extra sides withmy meal and no chicken strips. I can understand having to wait or getting my order wrong if they are short on employees but thatwas not the issue. They had 5 girls walking around behind the counter and I seen 2 guys walking around in the back. I'm donewith this location. Read more
My experience was horrible, 23 bucks for 8 pieces of hard chicken. I wanted original and I was told by the gentleman that I had... to get half and half. Original/ Extra crispy. The extra crispy was so hard and old, the original the chicken was also old theyskin was no longer on the chicken but in the bottom of the bucket. I ordered a large potato and gravy only got the potatoes nogravy. I will never buy food at KFC in Union, SC again. What a waste and loss of money. Read more
