this location is absolute garbage! the chicken is slimy and undercooked. the drinks are flat and taste like dog water. the... customer service is weak and worse of all. when you ask for a refund, they don?t give you the full amount and give you uglylooks. overall. extremely unsatisfying for a late night snack. They took out the taco bell which was a good thing because the food was horrible. I went by last night and had a long wait in... line with only 3 cars in the drive thru. I ordered an 8 piece meal and a chicken strip meal. I pulled around because they toldme I had to wait for new fries. I waited an additional 12 minutes for fries. When I got home I realized I had extra sides withmy meal and no chicken strips. I can understand having to wait or getting my order wrong if they are short on employees but thatwas not the issue. They had 5 girls walking around behind the counter and I seen 2 guys walking around in the back. I'm donewith this location. Read more
My experience was horrible, 23 bucks for 8 pieces of hard chicken. I wanted original and I was told by the gentleman that I had... to get half and half. Original/ Extra crispy. The extra crispy was so hard and old, the original the chicken was also old theyskin was no longer on the chicken but in the bottom of the bucket. I ordered a large potato and gravy only got the potatoes nogravy. I will never buy food at KFC in Union, SC again. What a waste and loss of money. Read more
Paid $10 for a 2 piece meal for my son. My husband asked when the prices went up and the employee was so rude and cold. Every... time we come here there is always a problem. Rude staff, no food ready, out of product, or the insane prices. I've learned mylesson this time and will no longer give them my business. Read more

KFC is a place that you like it or not. I can't say anything bad about this one. It's clean, prices are normal, the service is... ok, just would like to see friendlier service. Wasn't bad but no smiles or how are you doing type of things, but no realcomplaints. It does have a Taco Bell in it also, gives the family a little variety. I would have gave 5 stars if the service wasfriendlier. Nothing out of the way was said to me or my family but overall not bad. Read more
It's decent. Whether you go inside or drive-thru, there's almost always a long wait for food. Anytime we order a family size... meal or large quantities they say it's going to be a 15 minute wait, but it ends up taking much longer. Read more
