After the union location remodeled a while back, the entire operation changed, and not for the good, so I went somewhere else... until recently, when we wanted to try the cheeser cheeser. We liked that pizza, and I like the pizza and stix. So I began goingabout once a week, always the same order, one cheeser cheeser and one pizza and stix with extra cheese. This week, I tried toorder, only to suddenly be told that I am not allowed to purchase extra cheese. When I explained to the person on the phone thatI always ordered these 2 pizzas and I always paid for extra cheese, she explained that little caesars pizzas are "specialitems", and they can't be altered due to the high level of gourmet that they practice. I have never heard of a pizza placerefusing to sell extra cheese on pizza. And it might not be a big deal if the stix side of the pizza had more than a teaspoon ofcheese. Little caesars is not great pizza, it is convenient pizza. And if they refuse to sell extra cheese, they don't evenhave convenience going for them, anymore. I won't be going back. Read more
Me and my wife stopped in to get a pizza for work today. The manager was off in the back and the only greeting we received was... from the manager yelling they'd be right with us. Stood there for 10 mins watching the guy making pizzas or at least supposed tobe was completely ignoring guest while the whole time watching his phone. Read more
Food took forever. Was extremely crowded the whole time I waited.pizzas were sitting stacked on the shelves waiting to be given... to the buyer, but nobody was giving people their pizzas, only taking orders. Food was good and warm when I got it. Employerswere not the friendliest. Read more
The employees were quick at taking my order and helpful to me at choosing what I wanted. I had to wait for the pizza to cook but... that was perfectly fine. The customer area was clean and staff was friendly. I will go back next time I want one of theirpizzas!! Read more
Complete waste of time and out of what appears to be my time,gas and the money wasted on a gift card as they can only be... redeemed in store but the new cash register will not read them! Not our problems they say! Won't be back. Union s.c.!!! Read more
