Drive thru teller was very rude. They messed up on the order and I didnt realize it until I got home to feed my kids. So I drove... all the back to have them correct what I paid for. The manager came out and asked the teller what I paid for even AFTER meshowing her my receipt. Read more

Been here my whole childhood but 2 days ago when I went the workers were goofing off, she and another worker were drinking mixed... fountain drinks and I didn?t receive some of the food I wanted, they didn?t charge me but If they did this would still be 100%unacceptable. Read more

I LOVE this BK branch! It's quiet and air-conditioned so it's a great relief on a hot day plus the menu is extensive with more... options to just about everythingyou wantEd to eat. It's also across the Union Landing Transit center so easy access to busto wherever you're going in the Bay Area via AC Transit bus and also waking distance to the nearest Cinemamark theater ifyou're fancy in seeing a movie. This BK branch is never boring and it's right next to a shell gas station in case you needed tofill up. Read more
Some people like Burger King and some don't. I prefer BK to McDonald's but that's just me. I went to pick up a family meal and... was pleasantly surprised by the new decor. As for the food, well...its Burger King. The whopper was ok. Tasted fresh and nothingfunky. The fries were thick cut and fairly good. Lots of napkins and ketchup provided by the friendly Hispanic staff. Withthe remodeled interior, this BK location might not be a bad place to eat a quick fast food meal. I Used their $5.99 Coupon (2 Whopper Jrs & 2 Fries - THE BEST FRIES) but also ordered a fish sandwich which hiked up the grand... total to $13.00! It's best to use their direct mail coupons because this place is QUITE PRICEY but they're faster than In nOut! Unable to find their Drive Thru so I walked in. Read more
