We ordered food from here last night and I had a very bad stomach since morning. My wife had a similar experience as well.... Please do yourself a favor and don?t order food from them. I have eaten same exact dish from other Chipotle stores and never hadsuch an experience. Bowl size was smaller as well, which is something other reviewers below mentioned too. Read more

This location is Poorly managed and their supervisor is not in the position to hear any feedback. Very dissatisfied ? We been... standing in the line and most of their food [ Meat, fajita rice ] are empty and no one refilled, when we waited for 25+ minutesand the line is not moving at all. so i asked one of their employee then they say that they preparing for this items and itmight take 20+ minutes and the time was 6.50pm not sure why they cook and have the meat and rice ready upfront [ By the way thisis not my first time experience about this issue in this particular location] and I feel they are purposely doing to avoidcustomers. *** Management is extremely bad on managing this location*** Read more

Recently, had the worst experience with this chipotle. We were told that there was a 15 minute wait for fajitas and we patiently... waited, 20 mins later when we asked again we were told they were never even set on the grill. This location chooses dishonestyand disrespect to evade doing their job. Other locations are a lot politer when miscommunications happen but the manager wasvery disrespectful rolling her eyes at us when we tried to complain, saying they were understaffed and ?trying their best? andthat ?you should try working here instead? and later instead of being accommodating, we were refused service. The situationcould have been better handled by the employees. There is no sense of customer respect at this location, I sincerely hopeChipotle looks into their behavior. Arrived at 8:30 p.m., wasn't able to order until 8:54 p.m. spending 20 minutes in line is too long. Picked up my order on a Sunday at 6.30pm. The kitchen was a mess as was the buffet line too. Food was all over the counter. No... one made a single effort to clean up the spill over. The entire restaurant looked dirty and unkepted. My food was good, but Iwill reconsider returning to this location. If the store is dirty it makes you wonder about food handling and is the staff practicing the correct guidelines to prevent food poisoning.?? Read more

Avoid this location if you are ordering through the app. I ordered online through the app. Bowl size was half of what I usually... get in any other Chipotle with just few pieces of protein. Fajita veggies were totally missing and portions were smaller andalmost no protein ! I never ran into this situation in any of the Chipotle locations in the last many years and the 100s ofbowls that I have ordered so far. When I asked why the bowl looks like half of what I get elsewhere, the store manager did noteven bother to address my question. She was trying to just move on. They put a chunk of meat in my veggie order and when I chatted with their customer service to have the store manager call me,... they could not accommodate that request. It is fair to ask to speak to a store manager to know what went wrong and to see thatissue does not get repeated. AVOID THIS LOCATION! I made the mistake of using the Chipotle app and they completely messed up my order. Not only was my order... wrong, the food looked disgusting, looked like it was someone's leftovers and not edible. It looked like dog food. I dumped itstraight in the trash. When I called to speak to the manager about my order, he was a total jerk. Instead of helping me try andcorrect the order, he was rude and condescending as if it was my fault.
