The Manager and pizza quality is ridiculous!! .. I ordered three (3) pizzas for my grandchildren, all three was burnt! I called... back immediately after delivery and said my pizza is burnt and I still have all the pizza!! ... The guy said "you had acomplaint in the past" . I said "yes, what does that have to do with now"? ( they must of thought i wanted free pizza).He saidthe Manager said " call corporate, don't oder from us anymore! And then hung up on me!!" ..Wow..The Manager never got on thephone!! he let the special needs guy do his dirty work for him!! My husband called back from a different phone# because theywould not answer my calls. They wanted him to bring the pizza back for a refund instead of replacing the pizza and after I paidfor delivery already!! What happen to the guarantee?? ... I had good pizzas before from dominoes, but literally today, some person gave us the wrong pizza, and we told him its wrong, but... the PERSON WON'T CHANGE OR MAKE OUR REAL PIZZA. Unbelievable. Bro, we pay you and you really have the audacity to rip off fromyour costomers. :(((. But i still love you dominoes, just please hire good cashiers or chefs next time. Read more
This place is a rip off. They can throw a piece of olive in the whole pizza and call it a topping. Won't go back here again!!
Very Very Bad Experience. Will Never go to This dominos. The preparer messed up my order and made my pizzas as thin crust... instead of regular crust. I called the store to advise about the same and I was told that the manager is not here and I willreceive a call back in 10 minutes. After waiting for half hour I called the store back and the person receiving the call thistime was very rude, instead of correcting their mistake that person started asking me for extra money to deliver the correctOrder as I didn?t have any car with me to back to the store. I advised him that it is not my fault that the order was messed upbut instead of paying customer oriented and retaining a customer the store person turned out to be greedy, rude andargumentative. That person Told me that his manager will call me back but I never received any call back. Food is good, but they need to get their payment system up and running inside of the store. I arrived expecting to be able to... pay with my phone but their system isn?t set up ????. So I had to download the app and reorder the food through there (btw itended up costing me more to go through the app, go figures ????). So anyways, now I sit outside waiting for this second orderto get done. What was suppose to take 20mins round trip has turned into a hour plus of waiting. Not to mention I?m sitting uphere with two hungry, crying kids ????. Thanks a lot Domino?s for wasting my time and costing me more money for yourpizza!!! UPDATE: So I go in to pick up my second order and the guy tries to get me first order. I say no I ordered a new onethrough the app since I can?t pay here with my phone. He then tells me it?s a waste of food. Which I replied that it?s theirfault that their system isn?t set up. Come to find out they had the system set up and one time, their machine broke a while agoand haven?t bothered to get it fixed. I understand the staff here , wants to serve customers well but there is hindrance of understanding when we speak on call. I... usually order through website in these kind of places. On that note, their pizzas are super awesome - $14 for large with 5toppings( toppings are well added better than anyother dominos) . Budget friendly, customer friendly, quicker to pick over whenwe rushing late for dinners. Overall customer service is also good ???? Read more
I never liked domino's much, figured I'd try them out since they updated their menus and this location happened to be near by. ... To my surprise not bad, but this locations owners/workers earned them the one star. How do you not have cheese and peppers? Totop it off they're rude about the ordeal. I'll never go back to another dominos again. Thank you for reminding me why i neverliked you guys to begin with. To top it off, my wife noticed the bread wasn't cooked right and the dough was still raw. Nasty!This place is horrible. Read more
