I have been coming to this Kentucky fried Chicken for years. I grew up on Kentucky fried Chicken and have loved Kentucky fried... Chicken since I was a child. To this day it is still my favorite fried chicken fast food franchise, despite the migration ofmany of my friends and family to the churches and the Popeye franchises that are now more prominent in the fried chicken space.KFC's still the best and this particular location has always done me right on this particular day. I had a busy day at work andneeding to feed the family. I decided to go for some KFC. Being the financially conscious person that I am, I went onlinelooking for coupons and found that there was a local deal which was a digital exclusive. But my attempts to order online throughthe app and through my computer both failed miserably. That was not a pleasant experience because I had to choose ranch dressingfour times and failed over and over again having to choose ranch over 20 plus times and still not have my order go through. Iwent into KFC to talk to the cashier, which is something I almost never have to because their drive-thru is ridiculously fast.You would literally come to the drive-thru make your order pay at the window and they would have your order ready to go withinseconds. Not even minute. We're talking seconds. Anyhow, I go into the store on this occasion and I am greeted by the cashierand explain to her my issue and she indicates me that it has to be ordered through the net because it is a digital exclusive andI don't even have the code for it to make the order in store in person. However, something very refreshing that I found was thatshe found a way to work around it and charge me the dollar value of the deal and put the order through. Anyhow. Something youdon't typically see at Big chain. A very consistently good KFC. I still pick up some chicken here when I'm craving their original recipe.
How do you miss the main part of an order. I ordered a meal, 2 separate chk sandwiches, and 2 biscuits. The only part of the... meal I got was the beverage. I looked in the bag and saw the sandwich bags but no fries. I went back to claim my friend and gotthe smallest possible fries which I think the meal was supposed to have bigger. When I went into the bag to find the sides Iordered as part of the meal...not there, neither was the sandwich that was part of the meal. Tried this place multiple times before leaving this review. Do yourself a favor and if you crave chicken don't go here. Chicken... wasn't even crispy and I ordered a sandwich and they put cold tenders on the bun. Stay away! Read more

I don?t live in Union city, but I do drive to here just because they have the most friendly employees compare to the one up... north. They are just nice and friendly. For that, I am back every time. In the experience we have visited several times, there are three experiences that make us ?unforgettable pain?: 1. The meat in... the original chicken burger is as hard as a stone. (At the time we took the video and prepared to put it on YOUTUBE. But I wantmy child to be kind, so I told him that it may be that the employee has forgotten the time and the retention time is too long.We are dining in the restaurant, so we changed it. .) 2.
