Have you heard of Mediterranean diet?? Remember it?s supposed to be healthy? Well, this definitely is not. The food is supposed... to be Greek which is light and tasty and instead the food here is heavy and greasy. I got a Gyro which was smothered in a thicksauce, covered with french fries, (what????), onion and tomatoes. There might have been a shred of lettuce but maybe not. Good atmosphere, food was tasty, the Chicken gyros are great, fries orders are large. However, overall the bill was pricey.
I really would like to give this restaurant a 5 star review but I cannot based on the front staff alone. 1 recommendation to the... staff: please do not assume everyone is knowledgeable about Greek food. It would have been nice if the young lady at the frontexplained more of what the menu items were. It took for another lady to kindly explain and smile. But we all have off days. Iordered a lamb gyro and yes it would be nice if they heated up the pita bread before making the sandwich but otherwise it wasabsolutely flavorful. The Loukoumades were really good too! Decent selection, just wish they had more options to really customize your meal. Overall, not bad for a quick bite or take out.
