This is the best starbucks ive been 2 so far :) they even take custom drinks
0 stars for the bathrooms. 1 was out of order and the other lacked hand soap & toilet papers. Customer service would get a... 1-star. There were multiple baristas busy doing nothing, yet they avoided eye contact, and kept looking at each other as I waswaiting behind the counter patiently. Wish they were more polite and welcoming. I ordered ahead of time using sb mobile app. Pulled up to the drive thru window, they gave my order and said everything is... inside the bag. Didn?t even bothered to look at it because I trust them. Got to work just to find out items are missing. Theywant me to go all the way back for a refund. What a waste of time. Read more

they open at 5am. I get there at 5am and see the workers just arriving so I decide to give them some time to setup. at 5:30am I... head over to the drive thru and they ignore me and the car in front of me. there was one worker outside chilling and two otherwomen behind the counter. the thing that bothered me most is the eye contact we made for a split second before she pretended notto see me. do better Read more
