I have to say I was a little disappointed here. I came for the Mexican Pizza which was great btw but I also ordered the new... Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. When I open up the burrito from the packaging the cheese was stuck to the wax paperand completely ripped off all the cheese on my burrito which is the point of the grilled cheese burrito is to have that meltedcheese on top, it was stuck so bad on the paper I had to eat it without it. I normally never give reviews but this location is the standard that all taco bells should follow. Lead by an outstanding night... manager who represents the key attributes to be not only a superior leader but her ability to treat everyone like family. Lovecoming here and love the staff as well. They also have a Half Native American working the front. Life has tested him but hiskind voice and humble ways are never compromised. Always lifts my spirit to converse with him. Good people are hard to find.They will be missed once I travel back to my home state. Read more
I have never had such a bad experience at this location. First, I asked to clarify that my order had been taken correctly only... to be ignored while the employee told the previous customer to "have a nice day". Second, at the window when I asked to verifythe order was 1/2 soft tacos and 1/2 crunchy tacos when the digital display at the order said all crunchy, this guy hollers toanother person, "Mullah, I know the answer, but is this right?" "So I did it right then?" rather flippantly. Then after I hadrequested no sauce I got about a dozen hot sauce packets which I tried to return and was instructed to keep them or drop them inthe drive thru because, and I quote, "no one wants to eat that after you've touched it". Mind you I understand they would havehad to throw out the packets anyway, but to say that to any customer in the tone of voice I heard is RUDE! Read more
I went there to get a Mexican pizza, since I had seen an ad on TV. I went there approx 4 times in a week but they were always... sold out. I went inside to inquire inside as when would be a good time to come, one of the employee told me that he had beenthere for 3 months and he had not seen the pizza at his store. Read more
This nacho Bell was our last option for today. When we walked in it smelled like rotten food. But I wasn?t surprised because... it?s a Taco Bell. The food standard qualities are the same standard qualities as all the other Taco Bell?s. The only positivething I can say is that it?s hot. The lady was very nice although I do not understand half the things that she said. I will onlycome here as a last resort. This taco bell is much better than many others in the bay area, customizes the food and always gives accurately even after... choosing many customizations.
