Let me start with I have never had an issue with this place until today but it was huge. I went in to place an order to go. I... had my dog with me and I?ve brought her in a few times in the past to place orders to go never an issue. Today a woman comesfrom behind the counter no hello, nothing she just says, ?Your dog can?t be in here.? I state she?s a service dog. The woman askto see her papers I pull it up in my phone. Now I can be honest I visibly looked annoyed, because for me the woman?s entireapproach was rude, it?s not what you say it?s how you say it for most humans. She proceeded to say I was rude and if I continuedI would not be served. Did I roll my eyes yes did I say anything to the woman no, quite frankly I was done with the discussion Iwanted to order my food and go home. She continued with saying I?m rude and asked the guy at the counter to step away and nottake my order. Again escalating a already strained situation, I asked her what was her problem. She said I was rude and actinglike I?m two years old, she proceeded to say I can order but then have to wait outside. The woman made a already bad situationworse because then she walked away and told me to shut up. I told her to kiss my a$$ which wasn?t right but this woman escalatedthis entire situation. Was I upset she asked for the service papers , no. The side comments she made about my dog not having avest and not looking like a service animal I will be reporting. I know I am not perfect today was already stressful for me andthis lady made it way worse. I felt as a black woman someone trying to tell me my facial expression was rude was a step too far.It came off as racist and she was trying to pull rank in an establishment that is not her own. I never have any issues at this location. Food is always good, correct and hot. One time they forgot my veggie sticks but a... worker came out and gave them to me. Even when they are busy they do their best and hustle. Read more
My overall experience with this wingstop spot has been great. No issues with service being slow/late, 80 percent of the time the... wings are great, a few times we've received wings that seemed watered down, the flavor wasn't there like all the other times butoverall great food, if I want wings I never hesitate to order here. Very bad service - I ordered 10 chicken wings for a scheduled time. It`s good that I checked it before I left, as there were... only nine pieces of the chicken on the box. The chicken wings were also very dry. When I complained, I was told I would need towait 7 minutes for 1 piece of chicken that is missing. I was also told they`re very busy but I didn`t buy that excuse. I don`tremember being offered any apology. don`t plan to come back - their chicken used to be very good but there`s gradualdeterioration of the quality of their chicken over the years, I honestly don`t think it`s worth it. EDITED on 02-06-2020: It's been a while since I haven't been there, and as the place showed up on my door dash page, I decided... to place an order. The chicken was OK, but the fries... Wow... They were SO burned (see picture) and salted (when specifically Iasked not seasoned at all), that it was impossible to eat them, and they went right to the trash. How could you think that'sfine to sell fries that horrible to your customers, is beyond my understanding. Lesson learned now. Wing-stop NO MORE! --Original review -- The place used to go down hill with bad management and bad food quality, that I had to stop going there.
