Every time I do a review I feel like a negative Nancy, but I am not a difficult customer. If I am spending my money I just... except what is owed to me. With that said I wanted some icecream from Baskin Robbins I could have gone to Sonic, Dairy Queen, oreven McDonald's. I passed all there to go to the place that has my chocolate almond icecream. So it is like 8:20 pm. I pull tothe front of the store and I see the flashing open sign on. I see the store hours on the door, it closes at 10 pm, but a signsays drive-thru only. So I proceed to back up and go around the building to the drive-thru only for the gentleman, who was verypolite, to tell me they had closed at 8 this night. I was so disappointed.No icecream for me. The location and establishment is clean, however the customer service is not the best. The young lady at the window gave my... order to the car in front of me. I asked the young lady if she handed my food to the car in front of me then attempted to handit to me. She responded with an attitude and said yes. In response, I refused the order and requested my money back. Read more
Ice cream was great. Very nasty customer service. Got to the store at 9:45 their were two girl's in the store. They refuse to... open the door told me, my Sister and five kids to go to the drive thru. Then had an attitude because the kids didn't know whatflavor to pick. There were no flavor on the drive thru menu..... like go figure. Won't come back to this location ever again!! Read more
Tried to order a ice cream cake for my daughter 13 birthday. The website wouldn't work with the store. We went in to store to... place the order and they said that we had to order on line only we asked to speak to a manager and they went to the back to getthem and they wouldn't even come up front to speak to me. Excellent service; however they have the worst Waffle cones. Everytime I come there the waffle cones are either to soft like... they've been sitting to close to a humidifier or there not constructed properly, either cooked too hard or not symmetrical towhat a waffle cone should look like and then they give them to us customers like we don't notice that something is a bit off. I am crazy for the pumpkin and cheese cake ice cream????. The staff are very professional. I would have given 5 stars but I... must say that the ice cream is a little to soft. The freezer looks like it could use defrosting. Could be just me .I am going tovisit a few others and compare. I will keep you posted. Read more
I am so disgusted with Nicole and even the owner of the store is allowed to close 30 mins early due to not having any customers.... On top of not serving us Nicole was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. At 6 1/2 months pregnant mycravings for daquiri ice were too real to deal with this nonsense. I cannot wait to call tomorrow to speak with owner as well asreport this to corporate. Read more
Haven't had Baskin Robins ice cream in a while. I must admit, ice cream was creamy and delicious. Couldn't go inside, but at... least the drive thru was open. My favorite is pralines n cream, still good. Chocolate chip is good, as well. Read more
