The service at this Dunkin Donuts was horrible. First off, the young lady at the drive thru window, did not get my order correct... and I had to be charged twice. Secondly, the coffee was lukewarm and very weak. Thirdly, they take no care with the handling ofyour food. I witnessed them slamming bags of food of the counter numerous times. Fourthly, the employees play around too much inthe store, which is why they did not get my order right. Also, the cinnamon bun that I was charged for (a second time) wasnasty. I?ve never seen a flat cinnamon roll. All of the ones that I have ever seen were fluffy and had substance to it. Not theone that received at this store. They don?t make my coffee correctly, no matter how many times I tell them so every single time I?ve ordered from here? it went... straight in the trash and they are always rude. If you want Dunkin, I suggest the one on senoia rd in fairburn (an exit away).Better service and better quality food/drinks/coffee. This dunkin in union city has been trash for years! Read more
Today, I was at Dunkin? Donuts and my son is a 5 year old and like all kids, he likes coffee drinks, but he can not drink... coffee so I ask for chocolate milk on ice, with whipped topping. Typically, at this location and others, which I patronize morethan once daily, the employees laugh, tell me it?s a great idea, and they prepare it and charge me accordingly. This particularday, today 6/15/2022, the girl at the drive-thru told me that they don?t do that. I told her that I come there everyday and theydo it. She tried to go back and forth telling me that she?s there 12 hours everyday and that I was lying. I then told her tojust give me the ice cup and the milk and my other drinks. She had an attitude so bad that she snatched my card and handed methe other drink. She then told me to pull ahead to get my other drink. I went inside to assure that my daughter?s drink wasprepared properly. The other employee, which was a young black girl, said that she apologized for her actions. I got the drinkand got in my car. The female with the attitude came outside of the building cursing me out and threaten me as I pulled off.While my kids were in the car. I told her that she had other customer?s and that she needed to go back in and tend to them. Sherefused and continued to argue. This location states they stay open until 9 but for some reason they kept turning away walk in customers BEFORE 9. I knocked on... the door for a few minutes but the 3 employees inside ignored me. I literally come to this location before AND after workeveryday and have never had this experience. Read more

I stopped thru bc they have Baskin Robbins at this location. I order 2 h n cheese wakeup wraps along with my capachiinno blast... and when I opened the bag, there were tons of burnt crumbs all over the tortilla. They clearly do not clean the oven. It wasgross. The drive thru is pretty bad There is a fair/high skinned lady who works there and based on her desperate sense of arrogance ...... it may be safe to say that she may apart of management. She gave a terrible attitude to another person (including myself) indrive thru and seems to be just as difficult w/the people she works witg. She's impolite and unprofessional. The other youngerfolk who work there seemed way more level headed than her. She very much seems like she does not want to be there and it is apoor reflection of the company/the other associates.
