Went to this location a little after 4pm , on Tuesday Nov8, I saw two people sitting in dining area when I pulled in, upon... entering I was told that I could not place an order that they only do drive through , online , and door dash even though doorswere opened and it was during regular business hrs and no signs were posted , I asked were, all locations doing this , I wastold only this location, that they could not take in person orders because the were short staffed , and I could clearly seeover 6 employees. When I asked for corporate number, I was told there was not one , I was told this by the most unprofessional,rude, neck rolling , eyes bucked , disgruntle employee that would not I?d himself, only that he was one of the managers, andthat any complaints that I had had to go strictly through him. This guy clearly should not be the representation of this companyand clearly hates his job he should be immediately replaced or retrained . When sales are lost and the doors shut , it shouldbe known that he was part of the problem, I have been in high volume management my entire life and this would never be allowedor accepted. Plz take a look at who?s running your business . And patron?s did not accept this type of service, because we arethe ones that keep the doors open and staff employed, customers service should always be the main focus . First of all this store gets a ZERO!!!! (UNION CITY NEXT TO QT WITH WALMART BEHIND IT)!!! Messed up my order and when I went... inside to get my missed items. The young man came from the lobby straight to the back to fix food and did not wash hishands!!!!! Not only that he was wearing dark shades. where they do that at??? Rude and disrespectful. Get these untrainedchildren out of this restaurant. The girls at the window didn?t have good costumer service. This was a waste of my time moneyand energy? I lost my appetite. Got the Nashville hot chicken tenders and they were terrible. The chicken was extremely old and they just drenched it with the... hot sauce...if I wasn't on the back roads of Douglasville I would have came back but the food was terrible and my fries wereold. I pull up to drive thru around 6:30pm I order 2 pot pies. They yelled thru Mic said I only have one I said ok let me get and... chicken sandwich with that. I reached home ready to eat my pot pie it's was dry and hard there was no filling inside. Seem asthough we're spending money on non-sense I will be contacting corporate on Monday morning. This location does not deserve ONE star. The staff is extremely rude and does not accommodate customers requests when asked. I... went thru the drive through roughly 9:00 PM Sunday night and was given the worst customer service ever. The girl at the windowtaking the payment and handing the food was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! This company does not need nor deserve an employee like her.She was disrespectful and refused to provide us with the proper items we ordered. She was listening to music and keptinterrupting us when we were asking her questions abut our meal. Management needs to definitely get rid of her. Our meal waseven worst. I am so ANGRY with this KFC in Union City. I usually go to Zaxby's but they wasn't open, and so I thought I would try KFC since... it's been a while since I ate there. I paid for a 3 pc chicken not a 2 pc and they even cheated me with the mac and cheese bynot filling it up. They didn't answer the phone when I called. I will NEVER go back to this KFC ever again. I pulled up to the speaker. Before I could say anything, the young lady let me know they couldn't accept cash. No problem. I... placed my order. They were out of mac & cheese. She offered fries as a substitute and she insisted they'd be hot and fresh. Ok.I ordered a meal that included a drink. The beverage I ordered was unavailable. I ordered a lemonade instead. When I pulled upto the window the young lady was standing there talking casually to another employee then glanced over at me like I was anafterthought and told me the total. I handed her my card. She handed me the card back along with the beverage. She gave me fruitpunch instead of lemonade (not what I asked for). I was so over it at this point I didn't say anything. She handed me the foodand I said thank you. She just closed the window. The fries were not hot or fresh. I realize staffing issues are impacting allindustries across the board. I know it's difficult to attract and keep good talent. I have a certain expectation of servicelevel based on the brand but depending on the community I know that can be variable. There are far too many restaurant optionsto accept poor service or poor quality food from anyone. Additionally, with the prices of goods and services being so muchhigher these days, the consumer expects far more for their money. I won't be returning to that location. Read more
