There's a guy there who claims to be the manager who is very rude! This guy has long, red dreds btw. I went there to pick up the... lunch special and requested to have sausage added to it... something that I've been doing at that location since itopened. Well this guy cut me off while I was explaining what I wanted, kept talking over me when I tried to tell him that I'veplaced an order like this before, cut me off and started talking to other customers, and then wouldn't give me his name or thename or number of his boss. The quality of the meal had dropped. The management should have maintened the cooks they started with. They were good cooks. My... last two visits were terrible. Dry and poor. You could count the meat and sausage in pizza. Read more

This is one of those things where no stars should be the only option. But I guess they can have the 1 Star for Pizza warmth........ because it took 45 min for me to gwt my order that I plaved ONLINE 1 hr before (I did a have order ready at later time insteadof immediately because I wasn't ready to get it yet...) I get there it's me and 5 other people standing there while this girl(though she seems sweet as ever) just stood there ans lookd at us all like a deer in headlights with a smile the size of Texason her face. Older black male cashier was rude to the women prior to me ordering so I expected the same treatment when it was my turn to... order and yep that?s just what I received, a rude minimum wage making, miserable, possible ex con (based on his demeanor)anddefinitely to old to be working there male because his language was not that of a man. I live in Hampton and happen to be askedto pick up pizza for a friends kids whom were having a sleep over and this was closest to her home.
