Last night my son ordered pizza. We waited the hour and then called to get an update on the delivery. Some female answers and... tells him the order was canceled and he needs to call door dash. He said why do I need to call them I ordered it from yourwebsite? She repeated that the order had been canceled and hung up. I called the store and the same female answers. I ask forher name she doesn?t give it to me. She cusses and the hangs up while some other employee in the background is laughing. To saythe customer service is poor is an understatement! I think they should just shut down... I will not support this location. Once I order lunch over the phone gave my name WORK... address Amazon and placed my order they said 45min -1hr it was during the pandemic frenzy so I started calling 2hrs later noanswer then 3hrs later they called me back AFTER MY LUNCH WAS OVER to say they don't deliver to that address which made nosense but ok. They missed me a credit to be used next time... Next time I go in person place and order wait get the pizza it'snot what I ordered they said they don't have spinach @ this location they told me I had to pay because they don't have a recordof a credit there for me... This was one of the WORST experiences in my life. From the customer service all the way to the food. I ordered on line at 830pm,... it said it was ready at 910pm. I didn't receive my food until 955pm. By the time I received my food it was cold and dried outand of course there was no time to fix this because they close at 10pm! So my 3 year daughter and I had to eat mediocre pizza.Thanks. I would appreciate it if someone reaches out and makes this right. Read more

If I could give this Pizza Hut a zero I would. I placed my order over the phone with a Pizza Hut representative at 6:30pm, paid... for it, and wanted it delivered. I received a text at 7:08pm saying that my pizza was delivered through Door Dash however Inever received it. I called Pizza Hut 3 times to let them know my order was paid for but Door Dash never delivered my pizza andno one ever answered the phone.So I drove to the Pizza Hut located at 4715 Jonesboro Road Union City GA 30291 and asked to speakto a manager. The young lady at the register with black and brown dreads said she was the manager, so I explained to her whathappened and she offered $10 off my order which was $41.68 and to re- make my pizza. The delivery fee alone was $5.00 so I feltlike $10 off was a slap in the face for the inconvenience. She could have at least offered 50% off.On top of that they have kidsin the kitchen at this location. Yes the employees bring the kids to work and have them in the kitchen.And once I received mypizza it was still prepared wrong because I ordered pan pizza not thin crust.The absolute worst Pizza Hut in the Atlanta area. NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T STRESS YOURSELF OUT WITH THE INCOMPETENCE AND DISREGARD. Tried ordering online and the system kept kicking... it back at both East Point and Union City locations. So, I called the number for the East Point store. Spoke to a guy named Ryanwith an accent. He sounded completely disinterested in taking my order and that should have been it for me. BUT...... .I wentwith it because I know sometimes a person can be having a difficult day. Went to pick up my order 30 minuted later and I givethe person my name and number and they said they did NOT have an order for me. When I said I called, they said their phonesdon't work and she didn't even know the number (signs of complete incompetence). No apology, no let's start making your ordernow, just.........we don't have an order for you. I leave the store because at that point I'm disgusted with how the store hasnow handled the situation. Call the phone number again and the same person answers and I say I just spoke with him and the storedoesn't have my order, and he disconnects the call before I even finish speaking. Called store in Union City because I wantedpizza! Apparently Pizza Hut forwards their calls to a customer service line, which is bs. I speak with (Vic) and he has my orderin the system and tells me to hold on. He returned to the line three times apologizing and telling me to please hold on. I had some pizza, boneless wings and cinnamon rolls delivered. Well, the cinnamon rolls were burnt to a crisp and had the nerve... to put icing on top of it. I called to let them know that they delivered burnt cinnamon rolls and the associate said they willrefund me. I never received a refund. This is unacceptable. Why would they serve customers food they wouldn?t eat themselves. Iwill NEVER order from this place again!! Read more

I'm on the fence about this Pizza Hut because my service was excellent but my Super Supreme was slightly under cooked. However... the pizza was correct.... lol. Maybe I'll give them another try to see if they improve. If not I'll have to mark them off mylist of pizza in this area. Read more

This pizza hut has poor customer service. I had used the app to order something through the app. I received a message stating... that my food was delivered. I opened my door to disappointment. I spent $50 that night for a custom big box. When i called tolet them know my order had not been delivered, the response they gave me is "They didn't have my order in the system". I wasnever compensated for my $50 and I will never shop at that pizza hut again. You have to be careful when thinking about spendingmoney at certain businesses in union city, ga. Read more
