Manager told the cashier to stop taking inside orders. The cashier left and never came back. Manager said they cannot take too... many orders. :( love that chicken from Popeyes but HATE the service and business model But when I went through the drivethrough somebody was awesome. What the point of placing an online order if you still have to wait an hour in line for the order because you guys lock the... doors inside. The point of ordering ahead is for convenience. I have literally missed my whole lunch break due to this. Read more

Line was wrapped around the building because the inside was closed. One of the employees came out and asked if anyone wanted to... come in and order, this was a godsend ???? This shortened the line and brightened everyone?s Sunday. Food was good too! Read more

Omg!!! Hands down the best customer service in the area!!!! I literally left CAMP CREEK location where the manager was not... accessible or courteous AT ALL. She spoke with me from behind the service line with the chicken racks are (how rude). InitiallyI was going to continue my order because I was feeding 20 scholars but Thanks be onto God I thought about Union City location (Ifrequent PF in the same plaza). Night and Day interactions. I called the Popeyes in Union City. Exceptional customer servicefrom start to finish. Union city actually showed concern to ensure I was getting the BEST PROMOTION. The Assistant Manager wentabove and beyond and had the cook proceed with the order before I arrived so the food was hot a ready. It was literally a breathof fresh air to walk in and see the crew working together and everyone was aware of my order. Exceptional and muchappreciated!!!!! Don't go late in the evening. They give you what they want you to have & NOT what you ordered!! I asked for no pickles on my... chicken sandwich but it still came on there, the fries were cold, & my request for NO ice in my drink went pass open ears.idon't understand why these employees DON'T READ. I haven?t been to this location in months because during my last visit, the wings had bull horn type of feathers longer than the... wings itself. I allowed my passenger to take pictures and post causing it to go viral. Now I?m back giving this particularlocation another try since it?s the closest location near my home. Awful! Awful! Awful! Something is definitely wrong with theirchicken. Also, the misconduct of their staff should not be overlooked. The employees are rude and disrespectful and the manageris just as bad. Customers should not be greeted with cashiers on their cellphones and popping chewing gum. No leadership,organization or customer service skills. If corporate would start sending eye spy(s) to the lowest rated locations, maybe theirwill be changes. Read more

For this to be a multi million/billion dollar establishment, yall really can't properly clean your chicken? I wanted to eat... chicken, not chicken and feathers.. Located off of a busy street. Each time I have come here, my food has been fresh. Delicious. I rated this a three because I have... been in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes and was not offered a courteous item for the wait. It?s not enough lotspace as to this place have cars hanging out into the mainstream traffic which can be dangerous. Also it?s an inconvenience forcars who are leaving this establishment because they have to wait for cars in line to move before they can exit which meanstheir food is getting cold. So, more than one exit is needed. Lastly perhaps to intercoms would be helpful due to the amount ofcustomers this place gets or at the very least adopt practices from chick filet, have someone outside with a tablet to takeorders. This would make the customer experience a better one. Read more
