The Sonic drive-thru is actually really good, but I just miss when they would go faster. Nowadays when we get in line, we have... to wait like 20 to 30 minutes before we even get up to the speaker to order our order. I think this Sonic just needs bettermanagement and better workers or just more workers all in all so that they can serve people quicker. But that's all. They fixthe food perfectly and I'm still somewhat satisfied since the workers are very respectful & they always served us our mealswithout messing up our order too :) Read more
10:21 the time I pulled up to pickup my order and the entire sonic is closed employees sitting outside. Paid in advance. UPDATE:... Drove back up there the next day with receipt as proof. I was told to go through app and get a refund and that they didn't haveshipment for churro shake (part of my order). We placed an order for something similar 3 PC tender dinner which is sides ofonion rings, tater tots and 1 toast. They forgot onion rings so I went back to explain she responded I didn't know the meal camewith it I'll go get it. Great I'm not making this up we sat for over 30 minutes and drive thru was busy but moving very slow andsomeone had to go to work. If I could give them a -0 I would! Don't stop and waste your time. Waited in the drive thru over 30 min to get cold and nasty... food. The tots tasted like old grease. The burger had no flavor what so ever. There were 4 people in there playing the wholetime. 1 was eating her food in the drive thru as we waited for our nasty food. The guy taking our order was very rude! $30.00wasted on food that wasn't edible! They need to close this place down and start over with a new trained crew! Read more

Worst service I?ve ever had. Someone needs to ?manage? this location. The kids, that work this location, spend more time on... their cell phone than they do actually working. After spending 15 minutes waiting on a hotdog, I get home to find that it?sstill cold inside. My fry box is full of peppermints and my fries are in the bag with peppermints out of the wrapper. I wouldn?trecommend going to this location and I definitely will never go back. Read more
