I called in my order (2) All star breakfast a side order of grits and 3 orange juices. As far as the service, it wasn't bad but... I felt like it could have been more polite/personable. I got home and realized the grits were missing. I went back to get thegrits. I told the young lady that I was just in there, told her my order and let her know the grits were missing. With noapology or anything, she gets the missing grits, and sets them on the counter and walks away. I feel I'm giving a generous 2.5stars for the lack of customer service. They always choose when they wanna close or stop serving food, it was 2pm and the reasons why they weren't taking orders is... because 2nd shift isn't there but yet yall still on the clock doing NOTHING. And then the night before the parking lot was FULLand the workers decide to stop taking orders and when ask what time they may start again "in like 2 hrs or so you will see whenpeople start walking in". The lady that was locked inside the building was the most rude individual we have ever had to deal with in a restaurant. There... was literally just one car in the parking lot. And all she could say was that we couldn?t park our Bobtail Semi in the lot. Shesaid not even long enough to order food. Plus it was raining and the way it was set up you had to order through a window. So Iam defiantly going to call the management and complain. Read more
Today I had the best experience with Chef Shamah and the all women crew!! Not only did the provide exceptional five star... service, the food was amazing!! We were so grateful because the Union City location was our fourth location we visited. Onelocation was out of waffle mix, the next was in the middle of shift charges, and the last was only accepting online orders. Weare grateful that the all women staff allowed us to eat in and took care of us. The Chef told us, "we gone feed you!" Thank youagain ladies, one of the most best experiences that I've had!! My last solo dining experience in Georgia before I head back to Oregon and it had to be a Waffle House! One of my all time... favorite places to eat! The staff as usual were Awesome! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. My order was takenquickly and the food served fast. The people who work here are so kind and friendly! They all need a raise, especially the underpaid waitress!! Very important... DO NOT FORGET TO TIP!!???? The food was delicious and the blueberry waffle, Yummy!! ???????? I hate giving bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a waffle house. There were more employees... working then customers in the restaurant, and yet I still waited 10 min for someone to just come take my drink order. By thetime she got to the table I gave her my whole order. I still didn't get my drink until right before my food (it was the wrongdrink). My eggs were not cooked like I ordered and although I got half bacon and half sausage she charged me for a full extraorder of sausage. I also never got silverware until after my food when I had to ask for it. Read more
