Very unprofessional . All the sudden they don't deliver to Union City after more than 20 past deliveries to my house hold.... Jersey City burns the food and is not of my preference . Union City has always been my go to but now theyre on some stupidnessand don't deliver to my area . I am an Uber eats delivery worker. When I went to this Papa John's to pick up my order I was asked by a Papa John's employee... behind the counter, where is his tip for handing me the order. Excellent and convenient place to order your pizza and sides via app; pick up and go. There are only a few chairs and one table... to eat in if that's what you'd like to do. For "fast food" pizza, Papa John's is generally much better than Pizza Hut. PapaJohn's app is also super well-developed. Read more
These guys are fast, prompt, and precise to my online orders. I have been satisfied VARIOUS times for what I purchased and the... time available for me to pick up. They could possibly work on the appearance of the store but oh well, I'd prefer my order tocome out fast and of quality rather than to see a nice store that I would not even be able to eat in anyway. There's always some kind of problem with this papa John's either it's ordering on the phone or uber eats. But they miss up... almost every single order I get from them. And it's kinda annoying, and if they mess up they want to try and give you someoneelse's messed up order ???? ordered a regular chesse pizza and I get thin crust I can't eat thin crust due to braces and this isthe second time they have done this like wth.
