This is literally 6th time I ordered veg and gave beef when about to eat at home. Every damn time, we pickup food on a late... tiring day after work snd have to sleep on empty stomach just because i couldn?t come back. Never coming back to your branch. Read more

I went to this taco bell today and let me tell you i am absolutely horrified. to start off my order was completely wrong so like... a normal person, i went up to the counter to see if at least part of my order could be fixed. The cook from the back came outand when i told her what was wrong she started yelling at me. She told me that i?m ?not aware of what i order? and that i was inthe wrong and she was in the right. i had my receipt with me so I showed her that the receipt clearly showed what i wantedadded, taken off, and substituted. She kept on with the idea that i was wrong until another worker came back and review thereceipt and went to fix it. The order was still wrong but it was better than before, I didn?t feel like fighting anymore so ileft it as it was and ate even though i wasn?t satisfied. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the customer serviceand lack of professionalism. Will definitely not be coming back here ever. Read more
I'm so glad this survey came up for me to complete. As many of you are well aware, everything is out-of-this-world expensive. I... was walking home from a doctor's appointment and stopped at Taco Bell. I was sooo hungry. I only eat once a day. In any event, Iordered 2 bean, rice and cheese burritos. They were the most inexpensive. There was an option if spicy or not spicy when Iordered the burritos. I don't like spicy food at ALL. I also ordered the Fiesta Potatoes which is really potatoes with cheeseand sour cream. I ordered one with extra potatoes, cheese and sour cream. I take it to go as I was tired and wanted to get home.Once I got home and started eating the burritos, I found they were spicy. Like REALLY spicy. I couldn't finish one let aloneboth. So, after taking a couple of bites from the first burrito and realized it was way too spicy, I decided to just eat mypotatoes. And what do you think happen? The potatoes were VERY spicy. I just wasted $11 on food I couldn't eat. Because the foodwas so spicy, my stomach was upset so I couldn't eat anything else. Ugh. Needless to say I was very upset and angry. It was toofar away for me to walk back. Not to mention it started raining. And that's just the food. They had a bunch of children workingtheir with no customer service skills whatsoever. NONE. I just want my money back. I couldn't eat the food. My son couldn't eatit. It went in the garbage. That's a shame. And a waste. And I despise throwing food away. The best taco I ever had at taco bell. You must try it, they have taco magic, the customer service was great, never had any... customer service like this before. I ordered Crunch wrap supreme and bean qsurito with black beans, chipotle source and no sourcream and well done. They made it perfect how i wanted. Employees were really polite and caregiver.
