I probably won't get wings from there again. There were only 2 people ahead of me and one had placed his order before I walked... in. I waited for about 20 minutes before I could even place my order. Once I did order, I waited over 30 minutes to get myorder. The prices are robbery... $16 for 8 PIECES of wings for takeout!! Not even whole wings, which is what I was told by thecashier. I perhaps chose the wrong wings because the Lemon Parmesean wings were dry and flavorless. The Korean sauce ones weregood but the 8 wing pieces are not worth the price for takeout. They did give me plenty of French Fries. They were supposed tobe seasoned fries but they were not. Maybe they just meant a little salt. No special seasoning, which is what I thought. Thecups for beverages are not in the most sanitary location, next to the register where the cashier who handled the money andwithout gloves, touched the mouth of every cup as she stacked them next to the register. The new chicken sandwich (tried the lemon pepper version) is really good. Not quite on Popeye's level but definitely a... contender. Looking forward to trying some other versions. Read more

Poor communication with customers. The staff have fun in the back talking to each other although disregard all customers waiting... for their overdue orders. Perhaps their Spanish music and chatting causes the extreme wait times. Food was decent otherwise. Read more
