Called and waited 10 minutes and finally gave up at 10:45 says kitchen don?t close til 11:30.

I like their Pizza service though some of the staff don't take their job serious enough. Caught one of them touching a Medium... Size Pizza I ordered with bare hands, when it came out of the oven and began cooling, which is not appropriate behavior byanyone in the food business. I called them out on it and they lied about touching it though I actually saw them do it twice -and not all of them wear hair nets. The other part of the equation is their gas pricing doesn't always compete with otherstations in the area like right across the street. Changing my rating because they asked me to contact them though theircontact form on the website doesn't function and refuses to accept the information because the function for store lookup doesn'twork - indicative to a far worse environment with their overall customer service issues. What doesn't work in real time doesn'twork with their website either. Plus, the website is really out of date as far as offerings are concerned. Wanted an ice creamcone and their staff said it was discontinued though their website says it is available. Not a good place to either do businessnor insure their employees wear protective clothing when working around food. Read more

If you've been into a Casey's before this isn't going to be much of a surprise, they have an established prefab footprint plan... that they like to use. Now that's not a bad thing, and it's a really nice door inside, very clean the pizza is delicious theyhave a wide selection on their drinks. It's a welcome addition to the Union City community.
