Ordered #1 w/only pickle, onion & mustard (no cheese). Got home and had the burger as I requested but WITH cheese. Ordered... medium chocolate frosty and was given a small strawberry at the window. Was able to change that. The receipt was correct; theorder was totally screwed up. Way to go Wendy's. Read more
They are friendly but slow as heck waited 35 min to place a order and there was only 3 cars total in line with me. So slow... everytime I come to this place it takes too long. What happened to quick drive through lines and prompt service. This place hasgot alot of work to do. And from the looks of the outside I don't know if they are really clean inside. I got a $5 biggie bag. My fries, sandwich and nuggets were cold. I waited 20 minutes while being on a 30 min lunch. Employees... acted like they didn't have a clue as to what was going on and the manager was outside smoking. The manager came in walking soslow I thought he was a sloth!! Service was friendly and considerate. But we ordered right as they opened hoping for hot and fresh food. It was not. The bun was... burned as if it were put into a toaster backward, and the burger was ice cold. I?m not a Karen and don?t complain often, butthis was an $18 meal we should have eaten elsewhere. If I could give it a zero that is still too good a rating. The person on the window refused to let us pay with a cash app card... but didn't have any advance warning that they couldn't take it. Then after going to get the cash to pay for it, they refused tolet it be paid for unless we went back through the line which was really ridiculous when the order was very plainly sittingthere. At the very least if you are not taking a card to pay for an order there needs to be signs posted to that affect. I knowsupplies are an issue to get but when you have only 2 choices for drinks which is either coke or high c juice someone is reallyslacking as to not fixing sweet tea or unsweetened or maybe even the strawberry lemonade. Plus rude attitude employees isseriously wrong. This seems to be the norm for this Wendy's. Sad sad sad Read more
