We stopped at the Valley Mall Blvd AMPM in Union Gap, WA this morning. This is the filthiest AMPM we have been to, starting with... the parking lot. There was trash, oil and spilled unidentified liquid in all the parking spots. Inside the store, the floor wasdirty, all the counters need to be cleaned, several machines were out of order, 3 coffee pots were empty as well as the coffeecondiments. Before writing this review, I called the phone number given for reviews and the person I spoke with gave me adifferent phone number to call, which I called only to be told to call the original phone number again. I'm giving this place 1 star. The star is for the fact that the machine printed out my receipt at the pump so I didn't have to... go in. Otherwise I would not have anything positive to say about this place. First off my low rating comes from the fact thatthis place is an ARCO gas station! I stopped here on 6/22/2021 for gas on a motorcycle. They charge an extra 10 cents for usinga Debit/Credit card. There were no clean/stocked paper wipes or squeegees with relatively soapy water for use! So I'm payingextra $$ for a whole lot of extra Inconveniences! If I compare this stop to other gas stations, the only convenience was thereceipt printing at the pump! Even the location is inconvenient! RECOMMENDATION: Keep stocked paper towels and squeegees withsoapy water ready for use. Especially since people are paying more $$ for the fuel price on top of other inconveniences... Read more
If possible it would have been a zero me and my fiance walked in to get nachos the workers just looked at us greeted us then we... tried to put the cheese on our chips and guess what no cheese!! We still had to pay for it a warning would have been nice! It'snot hard to say hey we dont have cheese spent $3 on tortilla chips what a waste!!!! Read more
I give this a ZERO!!! The Arabic owner there is a complete CROOK!! I purchased a drink for $2 and gave him a $10 bill. He took... it and glanced a couple times at me... I was wondering what the heck he was up to. Then he gave me back $3, shut his till, andhe slowly walked away from counter. I looked at my change and said "Hey! I have u a $10"! He walked back to the till and said"why u wanna mess with me like that?" So then I started yelling at him to open till and check. After a minute of back and forth,he finally opened it. THERE WAS THE $10 BILL RIGHT ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER $5 !!! I said "Yeah right there it is! He then gaveme correct change and I walked out cussing him. Read more
Not open 24hrs as claimed the close for "cleaning" with no notice. Stores a mess. This owner doesn't deserve this store, should... have his/her franchise license pulled. Most AM/PMs are great. This one gives them ALL a bad rep Read more
There is nothing convinent about this store!!! They have horrible customer service on the graveyard shift they lock the... bathrooms so they don't have to clean them. Always in the back room when you come into store(no acknowledgement what so ever.They refuse to change soda when it's out. Open 24 hrs haha. Have been there on many different occasions between midnight and 2amto find the door lock for a break and have waited 30min before giving up and leaving. On weekends have found door to belocked from about 1:30am-2:30am (assuming so they don't have to deal with people leaving bars and wanting beer. Won't be goingback there again. Crooks! I only give it one star because I can't give zero. I went in to fill up my 30oz Yeti cup. They did not have a price... listed for refills but new cup prices ranged from 99 cents for a small up to $1.49 for a 44 ounce. I wrongly assumed that arefill of 30 ounces in my own cup wouldn't cost more than 44 ounces in a new cup. I was wrong. They rang it up as $1.85 plustax. I asked why 30 ounces in my own cup cost more than 44 ounces in theirs and was told "that's what a refill costs." So I wentand got a a 32 ounce cup which the price said was $1.29 and poured the drink from my cup into theirs (which didn't even fill upthe 32 ounce cup) and he rang up $3.39. I pointed out that the sign listed the price of a 32 ounce as $1.29 and he said "wellit's $1.29 plus tax for the drink plus the $1.85 plus tax for the refill." I pointed out that my Yeti cup was empty so I wasonly getting the 32 ounce (30 actually) in the new cup. To which he replied but it was in your cup before so I have to chargeyou for a refill." So I said fine if you are going to charge me for a new cup AND a refill then I am going to get both so Ifilled up my Yeti cup and came back to the register and he had rung up $5.39. I asked him how he came up with that number andhe said it was $1.29 for the 32 ounce cup plus $1.85 plus tax twice for the two refills. At that point I just dumped it all outand left. I will never set foot in this (and probably not any other) AM/PM again. I have never had any problems like this at7-Eleven so from now on I will go out of my way to always go to 7-Eleven or Circle K or any other convenience store exceptAM/PM. Read more
