Worst experience ever. The bathrooms and dinning facility is so dirty I would hate to see what the kitchen is like. Took us 15... minutes for a hostess to even acknowledge we were there for a table, then 35 minutes for a server to come ask us why we wantedto drink. I’m the meantime there were numerous staff just standing around taking. Surprised health dept has not been there.There food was not even anything special. Read more

So my fiancé the kids and I went out to Buffalo wild wings today for lunch. When taking our order the manager did not realize... that one of the specials was not on during lunch that he had offered us. The orders were taken and we waited nearly an hour forour food to arrive. During that time we had received our drinks and most of us had finished them due to the prolonged wait forour food. Not one time did our server offer a refill until I made it aware that our daughter needed a different drink. At thattime they had asked if we wanted a refill but we had already finished our lunch and we’re disappointed with the fact that thefood was number one cold we didn’t get some of the stuff that was on the menu due to them being out like coleslaw. And thiswas just one they had opened at 11:30 or 12 I don’t understand how a business can run without knowing your inventory andcapacity to take customers even though the place was full we were one of the first families in the establishment and yetreceived our food it seemed last. This is the reason I gave this establishment one star we were not even offered a discount nordid somebody come in apologize for such bad service. We paid good money and just expect good service we will probably not begoing back to this establishment again. Read more

I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for over a year now for takeout as I work in the mall. Today around 8:00pm my... partner and I decided to come for dine in. We were seated by a young lady next to the bar. We waited for 30 minutes and nobodycame to bring us water or take our order. The lady who seated us was standing at the counter talking to her server friend whileeveryone else was busy. The restaurant was not overly busy, the lady just did not seem to care. We ended up walking out andgoing to Five Guys as it’s ridiculous to be waiting that long without even a greeting. I let a person who regularly serves meknow after we left about my experience and he let me know he’d follow up on it. Deeply disappointed in our experience andthis server needs to be reprimanded or fired. Read more

Just left this place for the second time being turned away saying “we don’t have room” “we’re filling up” each time... there were more than 8 empty tables inside the restaurant and zero people seated outside. I will not be back to this restaurant.Not sure if it is race discrimination or what but seemed like she was about to seat us and then after a quick chat with anotherworker the above is what we were told and it would be 20 minutes before we could be seated. The women in the beginning had a terrible attitude. We waited 40 minutes to wait and sit down at a table because they apparently... had to clean the tables and what not. Someone else came earlier and they got sat down before us. And we told the lady “ how dothey get to sit down before us”. And she told us we had to stay for an extra 20 minutes. And then the lady up infront went tothe the manager or someone and started pointing at us non stop. I take that as disrespectful. The service was horrible from start to finish the lady at the entrance demanded everyone to have masks which is understandable... but not when the waitress herself wasn’t wearing hers secondly we were sat too close to a couple which was very uncomfortablesince there was only a feet of distance separating us so we asked if we could be seated in one of the many empty tables theyrefused even though the place was basically empty making no sense for her to place us so close to someone else. third we ordered20 pieces of wings but only got 15 and the 15 pieces were dumped on top of each other mind you they were different flavors yetwe didn’t complain at that point we just didn’t care anymore Finally I revived the bill and we were charged for the 20 wingsso I corrected her and had our bill changed all that wouldn’t have bothered me and I understand people make mistakes but itwas her rude attitude and lack of effort that caused me to write this review Read more

Its gros and made me puke. Other piece is crushed bone in side wing . Thatfrom chicken wing being crushed before killing. Our first time ever here, we spent 80 four 4 people to eat. We were not impressed at all. I had the Brisket burger, it was... small and dry and crunchy, that's not how you Brisket. Will never come back here again, McDonalds, burger King and sonic arebetter than this place and they aren't great right. Read more
