Manager was rude. They had only 3 employees on a Saturday during the rush. The manager was yelling at the employees so much it... was impeding the productivity. No wonder only 2 people came to work. No one wants to be belittled when they are doing theirbest. The ice cream cake was necessary or we would have gone elsewhere. Unreal how disrespectful this manager was to theemployees. Read more
I tried to order some pretzel sticks at 5:40 pm and they said they were done selling food for the day. It's not 6pm yet????
Bought a box of buster bars and dilly bars got them and they were melted to where they fell off sticks plus the had a hair in... the vanilla ice cream gross a loss of 27.00 never again Read more
I'll go back when they can handle not putting lettuce and onion when you ask for it not to be on ur food. They for some reason... dont really listen to the person ordering at all. This is the 3rd time that we did not get what we order or the way we ordered.Oh and can you spare a fry sause once in awhile. Bad experiences sadly Read more
First time trying this particular Dairy queen and will not be returning. Ordered a chicken strip basket with large fries and... drink but received less than normal amount of fries and extremley small chicken strips, ordered blizzards and received themoverfilled with the lid unable to go on which caused a mess in my car on my way home. Been 5 times in 2 weeks and that can?t get a simple order correct. Same number 6 with a Pepsi and cheese curds. Always forget... cheese curds and now missing a drink and ignoring the second window. Tried charging me twice for things they forgot the firsttime. Terrible customer service and will not be returning. Read more
This place is the best when you visit the place when school is not there especially friday because the high schoolers are really... rude there sometimes and the workers have to kick them out and the place is sometimes just loud. The food is great with a widevariety of burgers, chicken, and ice creams. Overall I recommend this place to anyone. Read more
