Food was fine but the service was bad. The place was pretty full as it was early Sunday afternoon. It took a while to get on the... list to get seated, and the line was awkward and uncomfortable. After getting seated, it took a while for the server to take myorder. It also took a while for the server to bring me the check, and he didn't tell me I'd need to bring it to the front (whichwas again awkward because of the line to get in). Read more
We were seated in about 10 minutes. When they did seat us they did not even ask for our drinks orders. It took them about... another 10 minutes to come back and take our orders for our food and drinks. Then it's took about 30 to 45 minutes for our foodto even come to us to us. When the food came our hashbrowns were undercooked and barely warm. While we're eating it took usasking 2 separate people for water. When we went to go eat our food we realized that the silverware we were about to use stillhad food on it. It took me having to go backup to the front counter and grab silverware from their dish bucket. All around ourhost and our servers were terrible, this did not seem happy at all to be there and they seem p***** and angry. After we had beensitting there for about 10 minutes they came to see if we wanted our check we told them we wanted 1 check and they put it for 2checks after we told them we wanted it on one. After we got the checks we headed up to the front and it took us another 10 to 15minutes to get someone to come and for me to pay for my order. I dropped the rating to 2 star based on the quality of service after midnight really it's a one star. Last time my friend paid... $60 for two people to eat an when I organized a group of 5 they walked on slow night becuase it took maybe 20 to 30 min to beable to order. Read more
I mean it wasn?t horrible but wasn?t the best customer service. Took a while to be seated. Guy didn?t look to happy to be... working. Food was alright, bacon tasted like it was just microwave. Smoothie was the only really good thing out of it. Probablywouldn?t come back. Read more
Multigrain pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns. Very good and filling.
Upon walking in we notice jam or other food product splattered on the pick up sign. Which should of been our sign to leave. We... were seated. Our table was dirty. We ordered. The food came and the meats we ordered were not hot. Barely warm at best. My toastwasn't even toasted and smothered in butter that could even melt. Burnt stuff on the pancakes. Went for Father's Day, so of course very busy. If you're over 21, ask to be seated in the bar area; very nice booths with tv to... watch. Took 30 minutes to get water for 3 people. Food was ok, just have patience if you go on a holiday. Read more
O.M.G! I had the French Slam, and let me tell you... BEST French Toast I've had in, well, I don't even know when. Crispy on the... outside, soft and tender, and COOKED THOROUGHLY on the inside!!! Hubby had an omelet, and ate every bite. And our waiter, Carl,who's been there for almost 30 yrs, is quick, and doesn't disappear, nor hover. Both cook and Carl deserve a raise. This Denny'shas a great atmosphere, where we received our food in a timely manner, and the place is filled with friendly staff. Read more
