I was very saddened this evening with my experience of my "curbside order". We love the Outback & treat ourselves occasionally... by going to dinner. But since my husband has a chronic illness, we have been doing online ordering & pickup after Covid. I madeour order so I could pickup after work. I pulled up, read the sign that states "Curbside Takeaway - please stay in your car &we'll be right out". I waited 12 minutes & no one even came to the takeaway door (being glass I could see straight in from myparking spot). So I went ahead and called the restaurant. The person who answered told me to go ahead and step inside the doorand someone would be right with me. I went ahead and waited inside Takeaway area. No one ever even popped their heads in. Afterwaiting another 6 minutes I seen the shelf with my bag on it. I made sure it was my name & order, then left. I got home to cold,soggy food. I was sad to see that the order was not only cold & limp but it was missing butters & condiments. $60+ a 15% tipfor less than mediocre food. If you are going to offer service such as online ordering & curbside service, I'd hope themanager/owners will look into what quality of service is going on. Read more
My fiance and I came here Sunday night. The food was okay. It was hot and not old. I got the ribs and they were dry with a... vinager based BBQ sauce. The mashed potatoes had a wierd taste. My fiance got a hamburger, and he said they went heavy on themustard, like crazy heavy. Besides this, our waiter was super rude. She brought us our blooming onion and walked off. We had toask our server next time she came over for some and she rolled her eyes as she walked off. The whole time our server seemed likeshe was in a bad mood. 2/5 stars. Read more
I can ask for a medium steak and it?s always well done. Food is always cold when it gets to the table. The wait staff is always... nice and professional but they rarely come back to the table once our food was brought to us. I?m paying 5 dollars for a soda Iexpect a refill or two! Yummy food, calm atmosphere, and great service! They also have a pretty nice happy hour! Note that the ranch dressing they serve... is closely related to their bloom sauce and is actually pretty spicy. I sat at the bar and the bartender accommodated to a drinkthat I wanted specifically made without hesitation! Read more
I love outback. It has an expensive best of the best feel about it, yet the prices are not expensive, I feel so comfortable and... happy there because of those things, but THEN the food arrives????oh my gosh how perfectly prepped and so delicious EVERY time.Also the waitress was given a good tip because she made us feel like family immediately upon arrival and was really attentive.Way to go Outback Steakhouse. 04 June 2022 - 5 Stars Had a wonderful birthday lunch celebration for my Dad today. They treated us extra special, the food and... facility are great. Had not been here since COVID hit. They have remodeled since we were here last. Looks nice and much more"private" areas. We will be back!! Read more
Friendly staff and pretty good food. Could have been hotter when it came to the table but sure tasted delicious. The Bloomin... Onion was really good. The first day I visited was just after opening and there was zero toilet paper in the washrooms. The dayafter when I visited around 4hrs after opening, the toilet paper was still not replenished which makes me wonder about whetherthey have a maintenance schedule at all. When I asked the staff, a gentleman simply handed me a roll and left two others on thecounter, for the two stalls. Seemed very odd...They are just regular rolls, not the large industrial sized ones. Our waitress was super nice and helpful, even though it was a really busy night and she stayed past close to serve everyone... still there, she always had a smile on her face and was so friendly. The food was great and came out really quickly too! Onlyreason I?m giving 4 out of 5 is the hostess was pretty rude, maybe she was having an off day though. Read more
