UPDATED REVIEW: I gave SeaGalley another chance last night. Had an appetizer sampler which was very good, some of the biggest... cheesesticks and best tasting fried mushrooms I've ever had. When I got the check I actually asked the waitress if it wascorrect because I was worried she would get in trouble for accidentally under charging. She confirmed that it was correct, so Igot a delicious appetizer sampler with wings, onion rings, mushrooms, and fried cheese for under $8 because it was their happyhour. I don't think I've ever changed a review all the way up to 5 stars but this place earned it with an amazing turn aroundfrom my first visit. Seriously good stuff here now. Original review: Had breakfast on Sunday here and wasn't impressed. OysterOmlette had maybe two pieces in it and it was fairly small and it only came with a single piece of toast instead of two slices.How cheap can you get to only include one piece of toast with an $18 Omlette? The clam chowder was ok I felt like it was definitely lacking some favor. Also got the shrimp Alfredo. I kinda wish it had a bit... more garlic. It was definitely creamy just missing some flavor. Took my wife here on her birthday, which happened to be on Mother's Day this year (a fact that I had completely overlooked).... They still seated us even though I had no reservation, and we proceeded to have a magnificent time! Our server was Jace and hewas so attentive! The food was perfect and the place was buzzing with people having a wonderful time! Great food and atmosphere. The waitstaff were friendly and very attentive. Everything I ordered tasted fresh and I'll definitely... have to try this place out again. I had a cup of clam chowder and the Rib-eye with shrimp. The clam chowder was the best I'vehad in the PNW in quite a while. I probably should have ordered seafood instead of steak but don't regret it. I'll be sure totry something else next time. Read more
My husband and I went on our anniversary today and it was spectacular!! Got to sit ourselves at the lounge and the staff and... food were amazing. Freya, our server and bartender, was the best. A great atmosphere with food to match! If you're passing through Yakima, Sea Galley is worth the stop!
