Our family had pizza here after a veterans funeral service. Pizza really hit the spot and the gal serving us was warm and... friendly. We are not from Union Grove, but will definitely stop again if in the neighborhood. Read more
Ordered a pizza for carry-out. It was slightly overcooked. But that was not the problem. It was horrible!!! I have had... better cheap frozen pizzas. Lack of sauce, lack of flavor. It was like eating bread with minimal toppings. My kids who werepicked up from a cold and rainy football game each had 1 piece and didn't want anymore!!! I hadn't eaten anything but almondsin 24hrs and was ready to eat half of any extra large, after 3 pieces I didn't want any more. The picture is what I threw out. Customer service is horrible! They gave me a medium sized pizza instead of an extra large. The order was repeated back to me... TWICE! I called because I have a lot of hungry people at my house. They asked if we started eating the pizza, I said yes I havea lot of hungry people at the house. They responded there's nothing they can do since we ate some of it, they would have comeback for the pizza and taken it back they said. To anyone looking for a good pizza place, I would order from R&R or if yourwilling to pick up Antioch pizza in Paddock or Burlington is phenomenal. Read more

As a small business supporter I never write poor reviews unless there is something exceptionally wrong and I have exhausted my... options for having it corrected. With that said, I am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service from Napoli's inUnion Grove. They delivered the wrong pizza, acknowledged their error, and then refused to send the correct one because theywere "too busy." They just gave a few dollar Slyce credit for the price difference, and left me stuck with a pizza that I paidfor and didn't even want. The service is good but when you list in your menu alfredo sauce it should not just be heavy cream and butter. Perhaps someone... should look up an authentic recipe for alfredo. It is supposed to be a buttery cream sauce with a cheesy and garlicky taste. Not whatever the bland sauce they are serving. I don't mind paying good money for good food but you raised your prices but yourquality got less. I have worked in customer service and the food industry for almost 35 years this is not alfredo sauce. Alsowhen you give someone the wrong items you could at least apologize for when you make a mistake. Again I have no problem payinggood money for good food. I have an issue paying good money for a poor imitation. Don't advertise it as alfredo sauce if youdon't know what alfredo sauce is. You could do very well here if you fix a few things.
