The staff doesn't know what hot peppers are. I order them on my Vito every time I get delivery, and actually have them included... well under half the time. Update (9/24/2022): Honestly not sure why I gave them another chance. This location either cannotfollow directions, or is just actively trolling me at this point. This location is awful. I got yelled at and told to go F myself because they messed up my order. I ordered a 7 no cheese and... asked for a remake. The sandwich wrapper at the end of the line asked to me to remove the cheese myself, then continued beratingme asking if I was allergic and finished telling me to F myself. I didn't say anything to him other than it had cheese and canyou make me a new one. Absolutely appalling you could treat customers like that. Never coming back again. Read more
My kids love Jimmy johns but after witnessing numerous health code violations I can?t return. From employees playing with... ingredients to sitting on food prep counters and as others have posted, sandwiches half made. I know times are tough andstaffing issues are never ending but basic food safety training and accountability should never be a cost cutting measure. Read more
I'm so annoyed that this is my local Jimmy John's. They have never gotten our order right (and then super rude when we point it... out that it was wrong). Today my 8 year old and I stopped and ate in and some girl slicing meat is just cussing up a stormwhile telling her story. I know it's fast food but none of the workers seem to care at all. They are loud and disrespectful. This is my son's favorite place to eat and everytime it is worse and worse. Read more

Love Jimmy John's subs but doubt we will be back. When 5 in store customers have ordered and paid their orders should come... before a large online order correct? Nope all in 5 store customers said give me my $ back I'm not waiting 45 minutes. Not goodmanagement or customer relations. You have people standing in front of you. Read more
Placed my simple order (1 combo meal) at 11:45 AM for delivery. Took 30 minutes before my order was "Out for Delivery". It is... now 12:45 pm and still no food. 60+ minutes is anything BUT freaky fast for a shop 5 minutes away. Hoping to eat soon but Iwon't hold my breath. Update: After 70+ minutes of waiting I called the store and as told the driver left over 30 minutes ago soit should arrive soon. No apology. I have literally wasted over half my lunch hour waiting at the front door for the deliveryand still nothing. Update 2: Food finally arrived after 95 minutes and my Bootlegger Unwhich, which should have twice the amountof meat has 2 pieces of roast beef and 2 sliced of turkey. Seriously? Arrived at this store at 8:41pm and they were closed. Employees stared at me through the window and didn?t say a word or answer... the phone. Hours of operation say they close at 9pm. Never going back. Read more
