My husband went to the bucket deal. He told the cashier that we wanted mashed, gravy, coleslaw and Mac and cheese. The cashier... read back the order and it was right. My husband didn't look at the receipt. When he got home I looked in the bag and thecashier charged us for two mashed potatoes then on top of that they put our biscuits on top of our chicken. I called to complainand they finally answered. The manager was very rude to me. I explained what happened and she said well we've been really busyand I told her that was no excuse for the cashier. The food we recieved was disgusting. The biscuits were hard as rocks, look at the pic of a knife sticking out of the biscuit,... the green beans looked like they were scraped off something and the corn was hard and looked like it had been mixed with oldcorn. I did call and they said they would refund the dinner after speaking to a manager and then someone who told me she was thegeneral manager. I asked for a corporate number of which she told me there wasn't one. I had actually already found one justwanted to see what they would say. I will collect on that refund. Clean, bright interior. Food quality is not on par with other KFCs. The pot pie I ordered was only half filled under the crust.... Wings are not tossed in sauce, but presented as plain wings with sauce slopped on top. The time before this I went throughdrive through. That time I was missing items. Read more
