They only serve walk-in customers if they order from the kiosk. That's obviously problematic for the visually impaired. Mexican... pizzas came falling out of the side of the box and the cinnamon twists were rock hard. The music was NSFW. I'm no prude, but mynephews shouldn't have to be exposed to profanity laced music and racial slurs. The employees yell curse words at each othertoo. Definitely not a family friendly environment. Placed an online order and shockingly every part of our order was wrong. Put tomatoes on my nachos after I asked for them not... to be. Paid for a Doritos loco Gordita crunch and got the regular version. Gave me a lettuce and cheese taco without beef whenthere should have been. I mean the only thing they got right was the cup sizes on the drinks. I typically don?t go out of myway to complain but $30 is still $30 dollars worth of food?. When this taco bell first opened it was good. But in the last 3 years it's gone WAAAY down hill. Go to the taco bell on 59... instead. It's worth the wait. They're portion control here SUCKS! All of my items BARELY had meat. ???? Read more
8-30 around 730pm, female manager was yelling about me in the kitchen while I was in the lobby about how I just left a 1 star... review so here?s the full scoop. I was standing at the front counter and nobody would come up to assist. After 8 minutes I hadto call the store just to get an employee to come to the front counter. The employee that helped me was the same one that lookedup several times at me then continued what he was doing without saying a word. literally live around the corner from taco bell but i just had surgery on my knee so i can?t physically go and get my food... myself. ordered doordash expecting it to at least be decent like it usually is, and i was very quickly disappointed. food wasliterally ice cold, and this was not the drivers fault bc i watched them drive on the map from TB to my house in under 3minutes. food doesn?t get cold that quick? it was very apparent the food was already cold when my driver received it????. mycrunchwrap supreme was practically folded in two and 1/4 of the wrap didn?t even have contents in it and was empty, completelynot proportionate in terms of the stuff being spread out. my dorito tacos had like 50% lettuce and practically no cheese, whichis interesting considering they usually like to load on the cheese. chips and cheese, cheese was completely cold, not evenlukewarm, so very apparent they did not heat it up or anything whatsoever. no straw for my drink as well as no napkins. bag wasscrunched and stickered shut but wasn?t even closed fully so the contents of the bag could have easily been messed with. overallvery poor service even for fast food???? i didn?t pay 25$ to have food delivered around the corner for it to be cold andhorrible. Waited in line for 29 minutes around 11:20 pm. When we pulled up to the speaker box to place our order, a woman who claimed to... be the manager said... "We are closed." We explained that we had been waiting in line for 29 minutes, she said "The owner saidthat we need to close at 12 and we are now closed". " besides if we served you, we would have to serve the 8 cars behind you,good by, we are closed". Never again will I go there. I filed an report with Taco Bell headquarters and asked for a reply. Always out of items, you're a multi million dollar business. How the hell do you not have lettuce? There's a Kroger down the... street, and yes when I worked at jimmy John's when we ran out of produce we would run to Kroger and purchase it. Was here last week and they screwed up my order, I had to go back around the drive thru to get it fixed. This week they gave me... cold nacho fries. Not warm, not room temp. They were actually cold. On top of that, the wait time is ridiculous. This placesucks. Read more
