I don?t know why I keep going back other than my father in law is elderly and loves the fish from here. I quit ordering coleslaw... because they put it the box with hot food so by the time I get home to eat it, it?s hot and spoiled. Tonight I went in andordered a 10pc family meal only to get home and find out I only have half my fish. I was not about to go back over there in therain just get 5pcs of fish and get back home for the rest of my food to get cold. I called the number they have on the websiteand on the receipt but wow the persons mobile number I?m calling isn?t taking calls right now. Like WTH???? Get it together! Read more
Just do yourself a favor and drive by, and go somewhere else. The employee Keyanna was very inattentive when ordering. She... missed ringing up a drink and when the other worker noticed, she acted like we did something wrong when we were given the cup.The fried food was obviously not fresh, the macaroni and cheese was cold. The lobster roll was decent at least. However theemployees are downright inappropriate. They were loudly discussing inappropriate conversations, cussing, and talking about otherstaff. Good customer service! I utilized the drive thru so from what I could see the inside looked clean. The jalapeño poppers were... very crispy and cheesy? I think with the exception of the crab everything was fried perfectly (shrimp & fish.) The coleslawtasted a bit eggy; and I didn?t try the bread. But the okra was delicious!! Great food, fast drive-through, and better than average at getting orders right. 5 stars for that. LOVE the food. However... indoor dining has gone downhill, and I?m reluctant to ever dine in there again. Dirty tables, ants crawling at a couple of thebooths and near the register, and a sagging waterlogged ceiling tile dripping water on the floor during my last visit. Read more
Wanted to try for the 1st time so we decided to stop by the drive thru. The young lady taking the order sounded frustrated and... not very friendly. I ordered just shrimp, fries and mac n cheese. My son had a soda and churro fries. We were asked to pullup to wait for our order after we paid. Twenty minutes later I was given my food. I drove to the gas station and opened my bag. Sadly it did not even have a sauce to go with my shrimp and it was all lukewarm and with soggy fries. One star for the churrofries that were fresh. Definitely not coming back. Read more
Captain D's has the best salmon dinner in Orlando. Don't think I'm crazy because it's true. This is the first time I get a... chance to take a picture before I eat it. Captain D's always has fresh food and quick service. Even at night I was in and out in6 minutes. Oh and breadstick was so hot and delicious. Read more
Fast and friendly service, food was pretty good. The place was empty at the time we went but it was very quiet and cozy feeling.
