I called to place my order and I asked for the pricing and I was told a cheaper price, but when I paid it was more and on the... menu it states minimum $10 if you use a card. My order was $28, so I was beyond the minimum and they charged me $1.50 for usingmy debit card instead of paying cash. I wasn?t told about the fee, I noticed it on the receipt. I called 20 minutes before goingand I still had to wait about 20 minutes extra for the order. Also when I walked in no one greeted us or even asked if we neededassistance. I waited a while for someone to acknowledge my presence. I understand they get busy, but everyone stared at us whenwe walked in and while we stood there waiting to be attended. Very unprofessional. Had some birria tacos and it was amazing will definitely ad to my favorite spots.
This place is fantastic. The service was great and the food has a very high quality taste to it.
Terribleeeeee Service. Every time I order from this place they mess up my order. Or I only receive some of the items I ordered.... if someone is paying over $50 dollars in food. You should have sone consideration in checking to make sure everything is in thebag. At this point I believe they do it on purpose. I understand 1 time but every single time. Terrible service. Will never buy from here again. El nopal in hempstead is way better. I ordered 2 orders of tacos. They sent... only one order. I paid by card already over the phone. And then the delivery guy gets angry at my mom and starts banging on thedoor after she gives him the tip. He was very rude and made us look bad in front of family. When I called and asked for theorder that was missing they were going to charge me a delivery fee again for their mistake and the lady over the phone was veryrude and hung up on me. I live close by and I will be telling everyone to avoid this location at all cost. Horrendous staff. Iwill spend my hard earned money on a better Hispanic establishment. I ordered a burrito and some pastor tacos and a chicken tostada. Just to start they just gave me green sauce which looks to me... like green tea, what about the red one.!? At least give the sauce some respect, some texture. That's is so disappointing comingfrom a place that serves tacos. The tacos I order didn't seems like pastor tacos. So disappointing ????. And the chickentostada. Can't even comment on that one....!! Come one you guys. You are better than that....!!! Read more

I went there for dinner w a Spanish speaking friend. The food was very good and the service quick, but there is very few workers... who understand English. There was some friendly polite young woman server's, but apparently, she misunderstood that I'm a plainfood eater, because I ordered a burrito. But I had to send it back twice after my friend clarified, I didn't want sour cream orother things that it came with. Read more
