I went to the Subway on Uniondale Ave in Uniondale, initially. I presented my phone for the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. The... manager on duty refused to honor it. She said that the owner has chosen to not participate in this promotion because they are afranchise store...not a corporate store. I'm wondering how a customer is supposed to know this from the outside. I am reallytired of franchisees shirking their responsibility to the public. They are often badly run and it seems like customer serviceis not on the list of priorities. I will never visit this location again.
