We have ordered take out a few times now and every time there has been an issue. This time was our kids meal. Hardly any... guacamole and 1 taco shell. Our son loves breaking the shells and scooping the guacamole. He has always gotten 3 shells. He wasreally disappointed. Of course we never see this until getting home. From now on I will have to open all of my orders at thewindow while they wait. This is getting ridiculous. Last time our chips were awful and we couldn't eat them, next they shortedus sides and forgot the kids drinks. I only come here because the others are further away. When this location first opened, it was the best and by far way better than the other Green location on Arlington. However, it?s... gone way down hill. Every time I come the chicken is way over cooked and has a burnt taste. They skimp on the protein choice tothe point it makes you cringe. The drive through is worse because they know you won?t see it until you?re home so they just getaway with giving way less. And the price surge is just unreal. 2 years ago a chicken bowl was $6.50, now it?s nearly $9? I getinflation but it?s not at 40% so why are the prices this much higher? The Chipotle in Green is hands down my favorite location! The staff here is always courteous and pleasant! The food has always... been fresh, and not once have I had an issue with my order. Mathematically speaking, that is astonishing considering the amountof visits I make here! I hope this streak continues! ... Normally have a excellent experience with this location and drive out of my way to order from here, today I ordered and the food... was drenched insult like a on edible amount, there was meat from other meals in the guacamole it was just gross I called upthere they said they were going to put me in the replacement book. But they weren?t very nice about it I even mention to themlike hey go behind the line and take a sample of your food and taste it. I am going to start making a longer drive in order to order from a different location moving forward. The Chipotle on Franks... Parkway in Green offers poor quality and most importantly poor quantity for the money. They often serve small portion sizes, Iwould say the norm is about half of what you get at a different location, but today I picked up at the drive thru and they gaveme a bowl that was only a third of the way full at best. This is supposed to be a full size entre and cost $9, but what theygave me wasn't even large enough to pass off as a kid's meal. My very hungry 14 year old was extremely disappointed. And I wouldbe less upset if taste wise this was the best Chipotle bowl we've ever had, but the taste was just about average or belowaverage, so that didn't help my disposition at all. Worst Chipotle in the area when it comes to quality and portions. Ordered extra chicken and barely had enough to consider it a... normal portion. Not only that but the chicken I received was burnt to the point it was like chewing bark.
