Friendly and fast. Will not go to that "other" sandwich shop anymore. The sandwiches are so much fresher here. I'm a convert.
Freaky fast and pretty good. This is my wife's favorite sandwich.
Order a 16, turkey club (turkey and bacon) lettuce, mayo, no tomato. Took sandwhich back to work, no turkey, just 2 pieces of... bacon. Drove back up (sucks with traffic in that area) sandwich in hand, told the guy at the counter. He apologized and saidthey would remake it for me. Manager asked to see the sandwich, unwrapped it, put it on the sandwich counter, opened it upslapped a slice of turkey on it and rolled it back up. Gross, had my hands and mouth on it, should have never touched the lineafter it was handled. Not clean, not professional, just not appropriate. Will not be back to this location. Read more
The food is pretty good. One complaint I have - the last time I was in I gave my phone number for my rewards membership, but... despite them seeing my name they said they didn't see any rewards membership, so I didn't get the freebie they had emailed meabout. Read more

Not only did the old guy behind the counter have an attitude, they didn't make either of my subs correctly, 1 of the subs (the... 13, my personal favorite) wasn't made at all instead they gave me some dry turkey a 4 I believe the sub said. which is my faultI should have had them read my order back to me. Another over priced franchise with horrible food. Guy at the register had 0 personality. For an $8 sandwich I expected a little... bit of flavor. Too bad for me. Super dry with no flavor at all. Not worth the price at all. To the owner: open an original shop.You're giving all of the money your employees earn for you over to a big corporation. Food was OK. The issue is the staff. Cashier was distracted, rude, and clearly hated his job and people interaction. You don't... have to love your job, but you signed up for it, not me. So I did not appreciate all the attitude. Read more
