Literally garbage service you can?t even talk to someone ? Placed an order with the call center in a foreign country now calling... back to see where my food is because it?s late and get an automated message saying estimated delivery time is 30 minutes thenjust hangs up. And to think I gave them such a glowing review and not that long ago... Smh. I spent the last hour trying to get through to the... store gone through 4 remote order takers.... And even spoke with customer service I literally started this process at 9:30 andnow it is 10:45 p.m.... customer service was literally like sorry there's nothing I can do. This place keeps screwing up a verysimple pizza over and over again and it's rare that I call and complain. I'll just try to fix it at home so long as it is stilledible and not completely burnt to a crisp. I just want to use my replacement pizza on their books, theyve made it completelyimpossible. From my experience (ordering here 2 years), there is about a 50% chance your order will be exactly as you requested and a 50%... chance they will either give your pizza away to another customer or mess up the toppings entirely. When you try to call afterthe fact, to request that they correct the error, you have about the same chance of getting in contact with a human. We live 2minutes away and even that level of convenience isn't worth the hassle. Read more
This Papa Johns USED to be amazing. Last two times i ordered delivery, i live 2 minutes from the place, it was an hour late. In... that hour it became cold, gross, and soggy. Then if it couldn?t worse it does, pizza is burnt (2 toppings) and tastes terrible.When I tried to call it goes to a call center. I went up there to mention my pizza is a hour late, ?We?re sorry we are shortstaffed.? I do understand that, I work, thats the world right now. But i will not return ever again. Read more
We are carving pumpkins tonight with the kids and decide to order pizza for the kids. I call papa johns and they are running a... special where they make a jack o lantern pizza so I thought it would be fun for the kids! It got delivered (no contact ) which Ihave never had before and they set my food open and all in a wet soaked puddle chair on my porch didn?t knock or anything.Called the ?manager? joe and he was absolutely DISGUSTING & even hung up on us over the phone. I don't like giving reviews but this one deserves it. The pizza took over an hour and the delivery driver didn't even take it... the the right house. The address he took it to wasn't even CLOSE. Then, we tried to call the store FIVE TIMES to get our orderand got hung up on each time. Absolutely worthless. So much work for pizza that tastes like cardboard.
