Love the baristas and the service is great! The only thing is that the music is so loud. It?s almost like it is base boosted. I... like loud music, but it kinda ridiculous. Is it to make the baristas work harder? Or make customers leave faster idk. I?m tooscared to ask them to turn it down tho hehehe. Read more

All the employees at this location have been kind enough to participate in the "Grounds for Gardeners" Alexa was very polite.

I really don't like Starbucks as a whole, but this location is friendly, spacious, and easy enough to access. Much better... experience that I expected! Read more

Beautiful Starbucks location! Since the Wadsworth location has been close, this is the next best location alongside... Fairlawn/Akron Stores. Nice Decor inside too, and Staff has been very friendly every time I?ve been there! Read more

I am deathly allergic to nuts,I carry an epi pen.I always get the pumpkin loaf in a bag due to it not having cross... contamination, today I was refused a single piece of pumpkin loaf because it?s not bagged for resale I?m pretty sure the plasticis the exact same as the paper bag you put it in neither is listed for resale . Maybe I could understand if I was buying a largeamount but 1. I?ve never had an issue at the Starbucks close to my house only this one so now I don?t get breakfast because hewas refusing to sell me it. Thanks for caring about people with actual allergies. usually the service is great, and the drinks are great. but one of the last times i went through the drive through i was caught... in one of the things where the person infront pays for the person behind, when it was my turn at the window, the baristainformed me the person infront of me payed for my stuff. i said "oh awesome!" and accepted. as i don't have that much money, andi don't come that often and this was a treat for myself, and my mom, as it was a hard day. and she continued to stare at me, andwait for me to pay for the person behind me. i said "well i don't really have the extra money to pay for random people'sdrinks.." and she said "well ACTUALLY the person behind you has a cheaper order." to which i just paid it, to get out of thesituation. (looking back i wish i would have resisted, but i am really shy, and just wanted to leave.) the whole "pay itforward" is supposed to be a treat for the person behind you, but when you are guilted into paying for someone else's drink, itruins it. and it makes me not even want to go there anymore. and if the person behind me has a cheaper order, what happens tothe person behind them??? the person behind them probably isn't cheaper ! it has to stop somewhere :/ you can't guilt everyoneinto paying.
